摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for treating wet refuse, in which the scorch of the wet refuse is avoided. SOLUTION: This wet refuse treating method is carried out by heating the wet refuse (2) housed in a treating tank (4) by the combustion heat of gaseous fuel (G), guiding the steam (43) generated in the tank (4) by the combustion heat to a cooling means (a condenser 44) to cool the steam (43) and returning the cooled steam to the tank (4). The combustion degree of each of burning means (burners 20, 21) is controlled according to the inlet temperature of the steam (43) in the cooling means. Since the combustion degree is controlled by detecting the temperature of exhaust gas from the tank (4) or that of the steam, the scorch of the wet refuse can be avoided.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for treating wet refuse, in which the inconvenience caused by the condensation of the oil content is avoided. SOLUTION: The wet refuse treating method is carried out by heating wet refuse (2) in a treating tank (4), making the steam (43) generated from the wet refuse pass through a condensing means (a condenser 44) and returning the cooled steam to the tank (4). The degree to be cooled by the condensing means is controlled according to the difference between the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the steam (43) in the condensing means so that the oil and fat content to be condensed and solidified by the condensing means can be dissolved, fluidized and removed. As a result, the inconvenience caused by the condensation and residence of the oil and fat content can be avoided.

SOLUTION: In the garbage disposal method, the garbage (2) housed in a disposal tank (4) is heated by the combustion heat of a fuel gas (G) while the vapor (43) produced in the disposal tank by this heating is guided to a cooling means (condenser 44) from the disposal tank and cooled to be returned to the disposal tank. The fuel gas is combusted by a combustion means (burners 20 and 21) to heat the garbage in the disposal tank by the combustion heat of the fuel gas and the temperature of the combustion exhaust gas of the combustion means is detected. When the temperature of the combustion exhaust gas reaches a definite temperature, the supply of the fuel gas to the combustion means is regulated to control the combustion of the combustion means and the temperature of the combustion exhaust gas is controlled to a predetermined temperature or below.
