    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner that can be connected to a control switch having an amount-of-ventilation selecting function and a lamp indicating the operating state of a ventilator and the ventilator which can be changed in amount of ventilation and can be changed in amount of ventilation in accordance with the operation of the control switch.
      SOLUTION: The first output terminal 2a of commercial power supply 2 is connected to the second terminal 22b of an operating switch 22 and the first and second selection terminals 23a and 23b are electrically connected to the second output terminal 2b of the power supply 2 respectively through current detecting sensors 32 and 33. In addition, the second output terminal 2b is also connected electrically to the external terminal 11c of a ventilation fan 10. A controller 31 detects the amount of ventilation selected by means of the amount- of-ventilation selecting switch 23 from the ON/OFF signals of the current detecting sensors 32 and 33 and electrically connects the external terminal 11a or 11b of the ventilation fan 10 to the first output terminal 2a of the power supply 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling-mounted air conditioner having an air conditioner body mounted easily on a ceiling by tentatively attaching the air-conditioner body and operating a fixing member, in this state without requiring a user to hold the air conditioner body in a work of mounting the air conditioner on the ceiling. SOLUTION: The ceiling-mounted air conditioner is provided with the air conditioner body 12, the fixing member and a temporary attaching member 52. The air conditioner body 12 has a size allowing itself, to pass through a ceiling opening 15a to enter an attic space from the lower face side of the ceiling and the temporary attaching member 52 is made of an elastic member, so as to enable the air conditioner body 12 to pass through, while the air conditioner body 12 is passing through the ceiling opening 15a and to restore its natural shape, when the air conditioner body 12 has completely entered the attic space, so that the air conditioner 12 is prevented from falling. The fixing member comprises a ceiling side fixing member 16 and an air conditioner body side fixing member 24 and keeps the ceiling side fixing member 16 and the air conditioner body side fixing member 24 in an assembled state, while the temporary attaching member 52 is located in a relational position, where the air conditioner body 12 is prevented from falling from the ceiling opening.

SOLUTION: This heat-exchanger has a structure formed in a manner that a plurality of cylindrical parts are serially connected to each other having each a large diameter intermediate part in the direction of the fluid flow and those of two small diameter end parts provided with a straightening board 3 outer peripheral flow ports 31 being formed in the outer peripheral part in the intermediate part and central flow holes 32, and the given ratio of internal fluid flowing through the inside of the heat-exchanger is caused to flow through an outer peripheral flow ports 31, and the rest is caused to flow through the central flow holes 32. The central flow holes 32 are formed shiftingly in a position from each other at a front and in a rear in the direction of the flow of fluid.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a heat exchanger in which the increase of the internal resistance by a straightening plate can be prevented, the gradient of the heat exchanging rate of the inlet side to the outlet side can be made low and the temperature distribution of fluid flowing at the outside can be made uniform. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger 1 comprises plurality of cylindrical members 2 coupled in each of which its intermediate part has a large diameter and both ends have small diameters, and a straightening plate 3 mounted at the large- diameter part of the member 2. The plate 3 has outer peripheral flowing ports 31 arranged on its outer periphery, and a central flowing hole 32 formed at the center. It is desired that the four to eight members 2 are connected and the flow rate ratio of the inner fluid flowing in the exchanger 1 at the port 21 to the hole 32 is set to 1:2 to 2:1 from the standpoints of the decrease of a pressure loss and the uniform heat exchanging rate.
