    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct bit synchronizing processing with high accuracy corresponding to a state of a radio channel and a change in a communication protocol by means of the software. SOLUTION: The receiver is provided with an arithmetic means 1 that calculates an edge mean error and an edge error maximum value based on an edge detection signal, an arithmetic time value and a sampling clock signal 191 and provides an output of the result as a calculated value and with a storage means 16 that stores a permissible range of the edge mean error and a maximum value of the edge error, and also with a comparison means 15 that reads the permissible range of the edge mean error and the maximum value of the edge error, compares them with the calculated values and provides an output of an error signal when the comparison indicates the calculated values to be at the outside of the specified range and provides an output of a synchronization establishment signal when the comparison indicates the calculated values to be at within the specified range. Thus, bit synchronization processing with high accuracy is conducted by the software processing.

    • PURPOSE:To downsize a magnetic body by detecting the change in the magnetic force of the line of the magnetic force which is generated from the magnetic body provided on a body of rotation to be rotated according to the flow rate and parallel to the axis of the body of rotation by means of a sensor, and measuring the flow rate of the fluid. CONSTITUTION:The horizontal direction is defined as x-direction, the direction of the axis of revolution of a rotating means 1 as z-direction, and the direction of the side surface as y-direction respectively. In a first sensor means 3, a sensor senses the magnetism by the line of the magnetic force which is generated by a magnetic body 2 and parallel to the axis of revolution, and the high output signal is outputted thereby, and at the same time, the magnetism sensing surface is arranged in the y-z plane so that the low output signal may be outputted by the component in the y-direction of the line of the magnetic force to be generated by the magnetic body 2. A second sensor means 4 is rotated by 135 deg. relative to the means 3, and the magnetism sensing surface is arranged in the y-z plane at the position of about 5mm apart from the center of the axis of revolution, and a sensor detects the line of the magnetic force which is generated by the magnetic body 2 and parallel to the axis of revolution and the magnetic field of the y-direction component of the magnetic field, and outputs the signal. This constitution provides the required intensity of the magnetic field, and downsizes the magnetic body 2.
