    • PURPOSE: To reduce the dispersion of sealing performance so as to prevent corrosion preventing failure and connecting failure and improve workability by mounting an elastic packing provided with an outside surface lip and a protruding end part protruding from a cylindrical part in the state of a pipe being screwed with a joint body. CONSTITUTION: The outside surface of a metal joint body 11 is coated with a resin layer 13, and a cylindrical part 14 is formed protruding from the end part of the joint body 11. A packing storage space 18 is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 14 and the outer peripheral surface of an outside surface resin coated pipe 15 having an external thread 16 to be screwed with the internal thread of the joint body 11. An elastic packing 19 to be mounted in this packing storage space 18 is provided with an outside surface lip part 21 brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the pipe 15 integrally with a resin ring member 20, locked to the resin coating layer 13, of the external thread cut end part of the pipe 15 and also brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 14, and a protruding end part 23 protruding from the end part of the cylindrical part 14 in the state of the pipe 15 being screwed with the joint body 11.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb fluctuation formed between a main piping buried in the underground and the main piping of a building so as to obtain good antiseismic performance by connecting and piping a flexible pipe having a prescribed length nearly in a right direction, connecting one end part of the piping to an underground buried piping, and connecting the other end to a feed piping of the building. SOLUTION: In the building 10 built by a base isolation construction method, a laminated rubber 12 is arranged between the building 10 and a ground foundation 11 so as to absorb vibration of the building. A main piping 13 for gas and feed/drain water piped in each floor of the building 10 is connected to an underground buried pipe 14 through an antiseismic piping 20 which is formed in such a constitution that two metal flexible pipings 21, 22 are connected by, for example, metal piping joint elbow 23, whose one end 24 is fixed to a ground side and connected to the underground buried piping 14, and whose the other end 25 is fixed to the building 10 side and connected to the piping 13 in the building. The pipe joint elbow 23 is mounted and fixed to a frame 30 installed a coma which is moved freely on its lower part.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a positive anticorrosive sealing performance with a simple execution by screwing and clamping a resin cap nut screwed onto a male screw of a resin coating layer to compress a packing, thereby sealing the area between the resin coating layer of a joint body and the external resin resin coating layer of a connecting pipe to be jointed. CONSTITUTION: With a joint main body 1 of a screwed type of pipe joint made of malleable cast iron, vinyl chloride resin is injection-molded to produce a resin coating layer 2 on the outer peripheral surface and the end faces of the joint body, and a male screw 21 is provided on the end part of the resin coating layer 2. Then, a cap nut 3 made of vinyl chloride resin, in which a ring rubber packing 4 is loaded, can be screwed onto the resin male screw 21. When externally resin-coated steelpipes 5, 5 are connected, a male screw 52 formed on the outer surface of the end part of the steel pipe 5 is screwed into the female screw 11 of the joint body 1, and then the cap nut 3 is screwed onto the resin male screw 21 to be clamped to compress the rubber packing 4, and thus to seal the area between the resin coating layer 2 of the joint body 1, and the external resin coating layer 51 of the pipe 5.

    • PURPOSE: To secure the extent of positive sealability as well as to enable it to prevent any possible pemetration of external erosive water from occurring by making a slip stopper have a part pushing an end side of packing and another part being compressed on a taper inner surface of a push ring, and consisting of a thermal expansive rubber ring made up of wrapping a biting-in member integrally. CONSTITUTION: A diametrally expanded recee part is installed on an inner circumferential surface of both ends of a joint body 10, using it as a connecting pipe acceptor, while a taper surface 12 is formed in an inmost end of this recess part, and an internal thread 13 screwing a push ring 40 is formed on the end inner circumferential surface. Then, seal packing 20, and a slip stopper 23 inserted with a biting ring 22 in a thermal expansive rubber ring 21 mixed with thermal expansion graphite in rubber both are installed in the recess part of this pipe acceptor in order from the inmoty part. With this constitution, sealing between the joint body 10 and a pipe 30 can be done owing to a compressive action of the seal packing 20, therefore the rubber ring 21 at the end side of the biting-in ring 22 compresses a pipe outer circumferential surface, whereby such a possibility that erosive water from the outside might be penetrated into the joint is thus preventable.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of serious leakage during the occurrence of a fire and to provide reliable sealing ability in an ordinary working state. CONSTITUTION: A joint sleeve 20 is oscillatorily coupled to a coupling body 10 in a seal state through compression of seal packings 31 and 32. Even when the seal packings 31 and 32 are burnt out during the occurrence of a fire, since a thermal expansion packing 40 mounted in a recessed groove 15 is expanded to embed the outer surface of the protrusion spherical surface 21 of the joint sleeve 20, serious leakage does not occur. Further, since the thermal expansion packing 40 presses the maximum diameter part on a central axis of the protrusion spherical surface 21 toward the central side is moved to one of the right and the left on an axis to prevent the increase of the expansion space of the thermal expansion packing 40, and fire resisting performance by the thermal expansion packing 40 is ensured. This constitution ensures sealing ability of an oscillating coupling part between the coupling body 10 and the joint sleeve 20, and prevents leakage of fluid, such as city gas, flowing through the coupling.
