摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discontinue the power supply to equipment using gas, when a gas leakage occurs by a device which is small in size and economical as a whole, and with which a wiring work in a narrow space can be avoided as much as possible. SOLUTION: When a gas leakage is detected, the output of a gas leakage alarm device control unit 4 is amplified by an amplifier circuit 5 and outputted as an alarm by a buzzer 6, and at the same time, the excitation of the coil 7 of a relay is released. With the release of the excitation of the coil 7 of the relay, a relay contact 8 is closed, and the output is inputted to a leakage detection unit 9. Normally, the leakage detection unit 9 compares the output of a ZCT 11 with a set value, and if the former exceeds the latter, it decides that a leakage has occurred and turns on a thyristor 10. With this process, a breaker coil 12 is excited, a breaker contact 13 is opened resulting in a power supply being cut off. When the relay contact 8 is closed, the leakage detection unit 9 also turns on the thyristor 10 as in the case of leakage detection. Accordingly, the power supply is cut off with the same process in this manner.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the loss of a terminal cover, and facilitate the opening/ closing of the terminal cover to a circuit breaker, by integrally forming a terminal cover, covering the connecting part between the circuit breaker and an extended terminal, with a base for maintaining the circuit breaker and the extended terminal. SOLUTION: In this circuit breaker a terminal cover 1a is integrally formed with an insulated base 2 holding an extended terminal 13, and the base 2 holding the terminal 13 and a terminal cover 1 are connected by an elastically deformable narrow part. By thus forming the cover 1 integrally with the base 2, the loss of the cover 1 can be prevented, and also workability at the time of maintenance and inspection in a narrow board can be improved, because the cover 1 is released from the direction wherein a terminal screw 21 is tightened.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase safety of operations for incorporating and taking out a circuit breaker by providing a slide panel which, in response to the operation of an opening/closing handle, covers the front of the head of a fixing bolt at the on position of the opening/closing handle and opens and closes the front at the off position of the handle. CONSTITUTION:To incorporate a circuit breaker 1 into a switchboard, it is made sure that an opening/closing handle has been controlled to its off position, and then the circuit breaker 1 is inserted into an opening in a front panel 2 and connected to an external connecting terminal 4. Next, the breaker 1 is secured to a breaker mounting frame 3. When the opening/closing handle is switched to its on position, the breaker carries current and a slide plate 7 covers the front of a fixing bolt. To remove the breaker 1 from the switchboard, the opening/closing handle is switched to its off position to interrupt current, and then the slide plate 7 slides to an unlock position, so that the head of the fixing bolt can be seen through a window hole.

An electric power supply terminal use contact type current collecting piece 9 arranged so as to project from an under surface of the unit 7 in this incorporated position, comes into contact with an upper surface of the conductors 3. Thereby, since wiring of an electric power supply use lead wire to the unit 7 becomes unnecessary, incorporation into a circuit breaker can be simplified.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase a large current application capacity without increasing the number of contactors arranged parallel to each other and the contact pressure of the contactors by press fitting a magnetic body along the longitudinal direction of each of the movable contactors and at the same time arranging fixed iron cores opposing the movable contactors in a closed condition in an insulation case. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic field produced by a current flowing through entire movable contactor 12 causes an attraction force between a magnetic piece 23 press-fit into each movable contactor 12 and a fixed iron core 24 placed on a base 1a of an insulation case 1 and the force increases with the increase in the amount of the current. In the case the current flows from a fixed contactor 3 to entire movable contactor 12 on the other hand, the current concentrates on the contacting part between a fixed contact point 7 and each movable contactor 22 to produce an electromagnetic repulsive force there. The force causes the entire movable contact piece 12 separate from the fixed iron core 24. That is, the repulsive force between the contact points caused by a large current is offset by the attraction force between magnetic bodies 23, 29 and the fixed iron core 24. As a result, large current application capacity can be increased without increasing the size and the property of short circuit switching-on can be improved.
