摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for acoustically monitoring a compressor, which can detect an abnormality of a compressor in resemblance to a discretion by an observer. SOLUTION: In a device for acoustically monitoring a compressor, a sound generated from a reciprocating compressor is converted by a microphone into an acoustic signal which is then delivered into a filter 7 for extracting a desired frequency component, thus filtered acoustic signal is subjected to frequency analysis by a Fourier transforming device 8, the acoustic signal is divided among frequency bands by a data divider 9 in accordance with a result of the frequency analysis and is subjected to an averaging process, then, the acoustic signal is subjected to a main component analysis by a main component analyzer 10 in accordance with an output from the data divider, and mapping is made on a main component coordinates system in accordance with the result of the main component analysis so as to determine whether the compressor is abnormal or not. In this case, the microphone 4C is located in the vicinity of an intake valve 5 and an exhaust valve so that an abnormality can be detected from an acoustic signal having a high contributing rate or an accumulative contributing rate, thereby making it possible to carry out abnormal detection in resemblance to a discretion by an observer.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the safety in explosion prevention by providing the ground electrode of an explosion-proof consent in such a manner that it is continuously connected before another electrode and fluid coupler are connected in a composite connector consisting of the explosion-proof consent and the fluid coupler. CONSTITUTION:When one side 1a of a connector base 1 and the other side 1b are in separated state, the plug 4b of an explosion-proof consent is laid in protruded state by the force of a compressiong coil spring 21, and the socket 5b of a fluid coupler is retreated by the force of a tension coil spring 23 and laid in the state stopped in a determined position by a stopper 25. When both the parts 1a, 1b of the connector base 1 are approached to each other in this state, the plug 4b is first fitted to a socket 4a, their ground electrode 7 is laid in connected state, and another electrode 8 and the socket 5b are successively connected to a plug 5a. When they are separated from the connecting state, the fluid coupler is first separated, the electrode 8 is then separated, and the ground electrode 7 is finally separated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To solve the subject of a conventional carburetor panel monitoring method using an infrared ray camera or the like. CONSTITUTION:The adfreezing height(h) of a carburetor panel 5 to be monitored is obtained from the corresponding relation of an LNG flow rate, sea water temperature, and trickling flow rate, the temperature distribution of the horizontal direction of the carburetor panel 5 at the height or near the height is measured from infrared ray radiation, a temperature difference between a mean temperature and a lowest temperature, or between a highest temperature and the mean value is measured, and those values are compared with a set value, so that abnormality can be discriminated. Thus, the channelling of the sea water at the carburetor panel 5 and the overall decrease of the trickling flow rate can be automatically discriminated, those abnormalities can be early detected, and the deformation of the carburetor panel 5 or the like resulting in those abnormalities can be prevented. At the time of the automatic discrimination, a complicate picture input and the processing can be unnecessitated, and the automatic discrimination can be operated based on the measured of one- dimensional temperature distribution. Thus, the high speed processing can be attained by a device which is simpler than heretofore.

摘要： PURPOSE:To automatize decision of the fault of water film prick by comparing a temperature of each part of a temperature picture picked up by an infrared ray camera with an ice depositted temperature for each pixel and to prevent the deformation of an evaporation panel caused by the fault. CONSTITUTION:A processing means 9 applies pre-processing to a temperature picture of an evaporator panel 5 obtained by an infrared ray camera 7 to obtain a temperature picture in a predetermined monitor range. Then a temperature of each part of the temperature picture is compared with an ice deposition temperature for each pixel to obtain the number of pixels whose temperature is less than the ice deposition temperature. Then the obtained number of pixels is compared with a setting number to decide a water film prick fault. Thus, the decision of the water film prick fault on the evaporator panel 5 is not affected by a change in a sea water temperature on each season or change in an LNG flow rate and high speed processing is attained by a simple device. Furthermore, when a setting temperature compared with a temperature of the pixel is a temperature adding a predetermined temperature difference to the ice deposition temperature, production of ice deposition is detected just before to raise an alarm early.

The detection of the abnormality is not affected by the temperature measuring accuracy of the infrared camera.

The liquefied inert gas is filled up in this Dewar vessel 5, and pressure in the enclosure 1 is kept up higher than that of an ambient explosive atmosphere by means of the inert gas evaporated, so this gas is used as a pressurized enclosure. Since a supply source of this inert gas is moved together with a mobile equipment, there is no limit of travel distance, so that miniaturization of the whole equipment is well promotable as compared with such that is carried in a state of high pressure gas by means of a high-pressure cylinder.

摘要： PURPOSE:To earth a mobile explosion-proof equipment made up such that it can move with wheels running along a guideway without using a ground wire. CONSTITUTION:An explosion-proof equipment 1 is earthed to a guideway 2 through at least one earth wheel 4 made up by installing a conductive elastic part 6 at a peripheral portion. Any ground wire is therefore unnecessary so that the moving distance of the explosion-proof equipment is never limited by the ground wire. Moreover, the earth wheel 4 makes the peripheral conductive elastic portion to be elastically deformed and resultantly, the peripheral conductive elastic portion is made to facially contact with the guideway, so that it is possible to always accurately make grounding with a low contact resistance and also no sliding material is required; therefore, the earth wheel 4 does not become a resistance at the time of movement or is never worn. More accurate grounding can be realized by applying conductive grease to the surface of the guideway.
