    • PURPOSE:To identify the cause of an abnormality as well as the information whether normal or abnormal by providing a neural circuit network device identifying the cause of the abnormality in the case an unknown sensor output is input. As in the neural circuit network device 11, the relation between the abnormality cause and the spectrum memorized as learned data is stored as each combining weight 19, a neural element corresponding to the abnormality cause outputs a large power based on the memory when an unknown spectrum of the acceleration sensor is input. As the result, not only abnormal or normal is identified but also the generation of the abnormal state corresponding to the label according to the output layer 18b of the neural element which is generated in an electric appliance such as gas insulation breaker, is identified.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the speed-up, expansion and change of simulation by a method wherein operational processors are arranged on the apexes of a hyper cube, increasing together with the increase of the number of dimensions, while parallel processors, having communication wires corresponding to the sides between the apexes, are equipped. CONSTITUTION:Operational processors 1 are arranged on the apexes of a hyper cube, increased together with the increase of the number of dimensions. The operational processors 1 are arranged on the apexes of the hyper cube, to which the generator bus bar 31 of a power system, nongenerator bus 32, power system stabilizing devices PSS 33, an exciting system 34, a generator 35, a moving system 36, a speed regulating system 37 and the like are opposed respectively. Communication wires 2, corresponding to sides connecting respective apexes 1, are arranged. Bus bars 31 of the generator are divided into a mechanical system (moving system 30, speed regulating system 37) and an electric system (PSS 33, exciting system 54, generator 35). The operational processors 1 simulate while transferring phenomena of respective constituting elements 31-37 of a system to each other through the communication wire. 2. According to this method, the simulation may be processed in parallel whereby the speed of the simulation may be increased and the expansion or the modification of the system may be effected easily.
