Data representing the facility state are input through data distributors 3, 5 and a transmitter 4 to an accident time automatic recovery computer system 6 to form and preserve a system state before an accident. The facility data generated after the accident are distinguished to data upon operation for preparing a recovery and other data, and the system state before the accident is updated with the data except the operation data of state change of a switch upon operation for preparing a recovery and a protective relay.

摘要： PURPOSE:To determine a system construction having minimum transmission loss with small operating quantity, by previously obtaining variation of power flow and power loss in respective branches when power supply source is changed. CONSTITUTION:An effective power flow is calculated through D.C. flow method in process 21, while variation of effective power flow in each branch when power supply source for load is changed is obtained in process 22, then sum of products of resistances in respective branches and square of aforementioned variations is obtained. Variation of transmission loss when power supply source for single load is switched is obtained for load having lowest transmission loss and switching destination in process 23. Sign of transmission loss is judged in process 24, and a series of processings are ended when the sign is positive. When the sign is negative, processing goes to 25 where a new effective power flow is calculated based on results in processes 22, 23, then process returns to 23.

Then, the processing from the above mentioned each supplying source demand amount calculating processing 4 to the distance re-evaluating processing 7 is repeated.

That is, the substation (h) can be recovered by the recovery of the substation (d) of the power supply station A through the transmission line 6 from the substation (b) of the non- utility generation station A. Thus, the station A transmits information that the original recovery is possible to the station B, and the substation (h) is recovered upon reception of the power from the station A as the system construction before the accident.

摘要： PURPOSE:To recover a power system to a state similar to pre-fault state, by arranging a power interruption system radially from a superior voltage class toward an inferior voltage class and recovering sequentially from power station bus of superior voltage class. CONSTITUTION:A fault is detected in block 1 then a power interruption facility is judged in block 2 and a faulty facility is judged in block 3. A facility which can not be charged with power is removed from the faulty system in block 4, and when a power interrupted secondary bus in a power station is connected with a plurality of primary buses which are not combined through a transformer, the primary bus is combined, while when there is a coupling line between power interrupted secondary buses for connecting secondary buses in different power stations directly or through primary bus in other power station, a switchgear in the coupling line between secondary buses is opened. Then recovery state is determined in recovery state determining block 5 and an operational sequence is prepared in block 6 and executed in block 7.

CONSTITUTION:Inherent identification numbers(S2-S6) are allocated previously to facilities requiring judgement of fault, and the identification numbers of facilities included in respective protection ranges are stored in a storage device 94 for respective protective relays (C1-Cn). Upon occurrence of fault, contents stored in the storage device 94 are read out for functioned protective relays (C1-C3, for example). Then common facility numbers (e. g., S4, S5) are extracted, and judgement of faulty facility is made corresponding to the common number. Since logic for fault judgement is clarified, judgement of fault can be made automatically with high speed and high reliability.
