摘要： PURPOSE:To determine a system construction having minimum transmission loss with small operating quantity, by previously obtaining variation of power flow and power loss in respective branches when power supply source is changed. CONSTITUTION:An effective power flow is calculated through D.C. flow method in process 21, while variation of effective power flow in each branch when power supply source for load is changed is obtained in process 22, then sum of products of resistances in respective branches and square of aforementioned variations is obtained. Variation of transmission loss when power supply source for single load is switched is obtained for load having lowest transmission loss and switching destination in process 23. Sign of transmission loss is judged in process 24, and a series of processings are ended when the sign is positive. When the sign is negative, processing goes to 25 where a new effective power flow is calculated based on results in processes 22, 23, then process returns to 23.

摘要： PURPOSE:To correctly discriminate a power interruption even if a malfunction occurs at part of voltage detectors by dividing facilities in a system into electrically connected groups, and discriminating a power interruption by a decision by majority with voltage state information in each group. CONSTITUTION:Various state information of power system facility is input to input processing means 11, and stored in memory means 12. The facilities in the power system is sorted into facility groups each having an electric connection by facility group discriminating means 13 on the basis of memory information. Whether each facility is power-interrupted or non-power-interrupted is discriminated by using the voltage state information of a voltage detector by voltage state discriminating means 14 at each facility group. The discriminated information is compared by power interruption facility discriminating means 15, and when the number of the facilities exhibiting a power interruption state is equal to or more than that of the facilities exhibiting non-power interruption state, the whole facility group belonging to the facility is discriminated as a power interruption.

CONSTITUTION:In a system where buses 1, 2 are connected through a plurality of power facilities 3-5, total power flow value is measured and total allowable value of the system is prepared, then they are compared in order to monitor overload. Furthermore, power flow flowing to remaining power facilities is predicted when power facility bearing the maximum power flow is interrupted. Total target value is set such that the predicted power flow does not exceed over the inherent capacity of any power facility, then the target value and the total power flow are compared in order to carry out monitoring. Consequently, number of data necessary for monitoring excessive power flow to the power facility can be decreased.
