    • PURPOSE:To reduce the burden on an operator by adding a generation management date corresponding to a generation period to slip data to not only output new slip data but also update slip data of the oldest generation. CONSTITUTION:Generation management information GMD consisting of generation management tables TB consisting of generation management dates GM and storage addresses BK set to individual slip data DD, a slip code CD, a generation period GT, and request date limit information and slip format data FMT are stored for each document. Generation management information GMD of a corresponding slip is searched on the basis of the designated slip code CD; and if the designated date is in the generation period GT after the generation management date GM corresponding to the latest generation, the generation management date GM corresponding to the generation period GT is added to format data based on slip format data FMT to output new slip data and slip data of the oldest generation is updated. Thus, the burden on the operator is reduced and only proper slip data are always stored.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a duplex operation without interrupting the fetch of data, by delivering a synchronous data prepared by a system operating continuously to an opposite system side, and processing an opposite system being interrupted, taking the above opportunity. CONSTITUTION:The on-line data (n) of a system I, after being fetched by a reception processing (a), a delivered to a job processing (c) through an another system operation processing (b). Similarly, the on-line data (m) of a system II, after being fetched by a reception processing (a'), is delivered to a job processing (c)' through an another system operation processing (b'). Thus, by performing the fetching and synchronizing processing of the on-line data in the duplex operation, it is possible to fetch the on-line data of the system I/II, or the synchronization of the data in the inside of a computer automatically, without interrupting the fetch of the on-line data after recovery, even when either the operation of system I or II is interrupted.
