摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction even upon occurrence of extreme saturation of CT due to an external fault and to quicken the operation by employing a proportional differential system. CONSTITUTION:A digital bus protective relay comprises a differential element functionable for a differential current higher than a predetermined level, and proportional elements(A/D converter 5, RAM 6, ROM 7, CPU 8) for performing operation of ¦IT¦-(eta1¦ID¦+eta2¦IDt¦)>K2 (Where, eta1, eta2, K2 are constants, and IDt is a differential current based on sampling data preceding by 90 deg.) based on the absolute value ¦IT¦ of current proportional to the maximum value of secondary current flowing through current transformers 2-1-2-n for respective lines and the instantaneous value of the absolute value of the differential current, where the opera tional output of the differential element is locked for a predetermined time when the propor tional element is operating. Since the proportional elements are disabled upon occurrence of internal fault, terminal current ¦IT¦ is cancelled completely through the effect of the differen tial current ¦ID¦ or ¦IDt¦ and the operation is blocked. When large current penetrates through the differential element, upon occurrence of an external fault, to cause malfunction thereof, the proportional element functions completely to lock the final output. Since there is a predeter mined unsaturable interval even when a CT is saturated with a large current produced upon occurrence of external fault, the external fault is judged during this interval.

摘要： PURPOSE:To avoid the synchronizing error of a slave station from getting larger by setting a flag representing defect of synchronization in a synchronizing data frame when a master station cannot send a synchronizing data frame. CONSTITUTION:A master station 11 for synchronization sends idle data frames DSA and DSB prior to the transmission of a synchronizing data frame D1. The length of the idle data frame DSB is varied in response to the time when the master station 11 receives tokens T1-Tn. Moreover, when the master station 11 cannot send the synchronizing data frame D1 due to delay of token arrival or the like, a flag representing defect of synchronization is set to the data field of the synchronizing data frame D1. Slave stations 12-1n, in detecting the said flag, disregard the synchronizing data frame D1 as the synchronizing signal. Since the signal synchronization of the slave stations is maintained with high accuracy, the stable signal synchronization is attained by using a token passing bus.

摘要： PURPOSE:To protect a system and equipment by generating an output signal in case the output signal of either a power deviation detection relay or a frequency deviation detection relay continues for a time longer than a predetermined time. CONSTITUTION:The voltage and current of a power system are taken in, and with a power deviation detection relay 1 the power deviation value to a specified power reference value is detected, while with a frequency deviation detection relay 2 the frequency deviation value to a specified frequency reference value by its voltage and current is detected. When the detected output of either one continues for a time longer than the predetermined time, power supply limiting is implemented. The system and equipment can thereby be protected against the rising phenomenon of frequency generating when the load drop is caused in the power system.

摘要： PURPOSE:To attain the transmission of a synchronizing data frame synchronously with a main synchronizing signal by using an idle data frame in a master station for signal synchronization and varying the length of an idle data frame in response to the time when the master station receives a token. CONSTITUTION:A station 11 being the master station for synchronization sends an idle data frame DS prior to the transmission of a synchronizing data frame D1 sent by its own station. The idle data frame DS consists of a fixed length part DSA and a variable length part DSB. The length of the variable length part SSB is adjusted in response to the time when the master station 11 receives a token. In order to adjust the variable length part, a means recognizing the transmission start time is provided to the master station 11. The length of the variable length part DSB is adjusted based on a time difference between a main synchronizing signal S1 and the transmission start time of the fixed length part DSA detected by the said transmission start time detection means. The signal synchronization with respect to the master station is applied at slave stations 12-1n by detecting the received time of the said synchronizing data frame D1.
