    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a component cost is not only increased but also the influence of an input of an active change on an AC system is caused. SOLUTION: A single operation detector 8 of a distributed power source detects a single operation of the distributed power source when the AC system is power interrupted during interconnecting operation of the distributed power source and the AC system which outputs a power from the distributed power source 2 to the AC system 3 through a three-phase AC power source 4. The single operation detector 8 includes a CPU 23 for controlling an inverter 13 so that a power is extracted from one phase (S-T phase) of three phases (R-S phase, S-T phase and R-T phase) of the three-phase AC power source, and a frequency change detector 22 for detecting a frequency change based on the reactive power change from the power inputted by the reactive power change. The CPU 23 judges whether this frequency change is a predetermined level or not when the frequency change is detected, and detects the single operating of the distributed power source 2 when the predetermined level or higher is judged.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Francis turbine for hydraulic power generation for reducing manufacturing cost, by simplifying its structure, by reducing the number of part items for constituting a guide vane opening-closing means.
      SOLUTION: This Francis turbine has the guide vane opening-closing means for adjusting water port opening of a plurality of guide vanes 17 introduced to a runner, by accelerating flowing water taken in from a casing. The guide vane opening-closing means is composed of an external gear 22 installed on the plurality of guide vanes 17, a guide ring 23 arranged so as to revolve around the plurality of guide vanes and an internal gear 24 meshing with the external gear installed on the inner periphery of the guide ring. The water port opening of the plurality of guide vanes can be varied by rotatably displacing the guide ring.
