The amounts of the components A and B are 0.1-100mol and 0.001-100mol per 1 Ti atom, respectively. An olefin is polymerized in the presence of the catalyst produced by the above process.

The objective copolymer is obtained by successively carrying out the polymerization of l-butene and the random copolymerization of a mixture of propylene and ethylene in the presence of the catalyst-containing prepolymer produced by the above process. The copolymer component preferably contains 0.1-10wt.% of the polybutene component and 99.9-90wt.% of the propylene-ethylene copolymer component and the PP component in total.
