摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reset the brake function of a shutter positively and accurately in automatic return mechanism for releasing a brake of the shutter automatically by sensing heat, smoke, and the like by a sensor in the case of the outbreak of a fire so as to make a shutter curtain descend of its own weight and stopping the descent of the shutter curtain by the recovery of the brake function when the shutter curtain comes in contact with a floor face. SOLUTION: A fixture 9 is provided with a linearly movable base 10. A screw shaft 12 is journalled to the base 10, and a slide block 14 is thread- fastened to the screw shaft 12 to allow the slide block 14 to be reciprocated within a specified range in association with the rotation of the screw shaft 12 rotated being interlocked with an output shaft of a shutter 1. In the rotation locked state of the screw shaft 12 due to the slide block 14 abutting the base 10, the base 10 is moved by the rotation of the output shaft of the shutter 1 to reset brake function.

摘要： PURPOSE: To ensure a proper stopping operation by providing the lowest section of shutter with a movable seat plate freely movable in the vertical direction, as well as a ball chain connected to a descending stop switch within a vertical frame, and mechanically detecting an obstruction. CONSTITUTION: A movable seat plate 8 is fitted to the lower side of a fixed seat plate 7 forming the lowest slat of a shutter 1, and a vertical frame 2 is internally provided with a ball chain 11 having an upper end jointed to a shutter descending stop switch. Also, the plate 7 is fitted with a pressing member 12 and a bearing section 13, and a guide plate 20 having a slant guide section 14a and a vertical guide section 14b is mounted on the plate 8 or 7. When the plate 8 of the descending shutter 1 comes in contact with an obstruction, the pressing member 12 advances, due to the guide section 14b, and clamps the chain 11. Furthermore, when the plate 7 comes down, the chain 11 is pulled down to turn off the switch, thereby stopping the shutter 1. According to this construction, the switch can be mechanically turned off and the reliability of operation can be improved.
