CONSTITUTION: A suction/discharge pump unit 14, a gas sensor 21 and a solenoid changeover valve 22 are housed in an expolosion-proof case 12 and an open air introducing hole 23 is provided to the explosion-proof case 12 and the suction joint 16B of a discharge pump 16 is opened to the interior of the explosion-proof case 12. Therefore, when purge air is supplied from the discharge pump 16 in order to discharge vapor in a suction pipeline 13, a sensor case 20 and vapor piping 9, the air in the explosion-proof case 12 is sucked from the suction joint 16B to make the pressure in the explosion-proof case 12 negative and the open air is introduced into the explosion-proof case 12 through open air introducing piping 24 and an open air introducing hole 23 to cool the suction/discharge pump unit 14, gas sensor 21 and solenoid changeover valve 22 in the explosion- proof case 12.

The metering machine 12 is constituted such that oil can be fed concurrently to each of polyethylene containers 46 mounted at the first mounting table 14 and the second mounting table 16 installed at both right and left sides. Since the oil feeding nozzles 22, 24 can be moved easily by a sliding mechanism 48 in a rightward or leftward direction (a direction of X), an efficient continuous oil feeding can be performed even in the case that a plurality of polyethylene containers 46 are arranged side by side at the mounting tables 14, 16.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to confirm feeding of additives to be mixed into an oil liq. to be supplied. SOLUTION: A plurality of additive feeding devices 23 for feeding such additives as a water extracting agent and a fuel jetting nozzle cleaner are provided in the apparatus main body 13 of an oil supplying apparatus. Additive feeding devices 23 are separately provided on various additives and are respectively provided with additive tanks 25 in which the additives are stored and additive feeding paths 26 drawn from the bottom parts of the additive tanks 25. The additive feeding paths 26 consists of transparent narrow pipes and are formed in such a way that injection of the additives is visible from the outside. In addition, transparent windows 30 are provided on the front face of the apparatus main body 13 in such a way that the additives feeding paths 26 are visible from the outside. It is possible thereby for a customer himself to confirm that the additives injected into the additive feeding paths 26 with oil supply decrease when the additives are injected by the requirement from the customer.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an oil-supply hose from projecting from the device body even when the whole length thereof is made long and the hose is bent largely. SOLUTION: This oil feeder 1 is constituted of a device body 3, a support 4, a hose-support 5 extended from the upper end of the support 4 to the upper part of the device body 3, and a hose-hanging part 6 provided at the hose- support 5. The hose support sections 5, 6 extend so as to be inclined backward at a predetermined angle (α=45 degrees) with respect to the driving direction of a vehicle 14 when viewed from above and are provided so as to extend in an oblique direction (Ya direction) with respect to the driving direction of the vehicle 14 at a portion above the vehicle 14 stopped in a fuel feed area. The extending direction of each of the hose support sections 5, 6 is substantially coincident with a moving direction in which a worker goes round the rear of the vehicle 14 and makes a hanging position of a fuel feed hose 11 move. Accordingly, the hanging position of the fuel feed hose 11 can be easily moved.

Therefore, a plurality of oil vapor turbulences 40 are created in the sensor casing 32 upon air suction by an air suction and discharge pump and, upon air discharge, a plurality of air turbulences are created therein.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a fuel feeder so that snow does not attach to a pump nozzle and a nozzle hanger. SOLUTION: The fuel feeder 10 comprises a blower mechanism 60 for feeding compressed air to a nozzle hanger 14. The nozzle hanger 14 is equipped with a blow-off port 14a with which one of ends of an air duct 16 for feeding air is made to communicate, while the other end of the duct 16 is connected with a discharge port of a flow adjust valve 17. The mechanism 60 comprises the blow-off port 14a, air ducts 16 and 19, the flow adjust valve 17 and a compressor 18. The compressor 18 compresses the air to a predetermined pressure and feeds the compressed air to the nozzle hanger 14 via the ducts 16 and 19. A flow rate of the compressed air fed to the hanger 14 is adjusted by the flow adjust valve 17. When the compressed air generated in the compressor 18 is blown from the blow-off port 14a, snow or dust can be prevented from entering the inside of the nozzle hanger 14 by an air curtain.

The control unit 22 checks oil feed data inputted from the bar code terminals 14, 16 up with the oil feed data registered in the database 30 and gives oil feed permission to each oil feed system 26, 28 of the metering machine 12 in the case where both the oil feed data agree with one another. A customer makes the bar code terminals 14, 16 read one receipt and can simultaneously feed oil into a plurality of polyethylene containers 29.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a reciprocating pump that is made up of enabling the miniaturization of an explosionproof case and the elimination of a filter. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm pump 11 consists of two diaphragm parts 12 and 13 pressurizing air and delivering it, and a solenoid 14 driving the diaphragm part 12. This solenoid 14 is installed in a storage space 16 in a closed explosionproof case 15, and both these diaphragm parts 12, 13 are installed in an upper part of the explosionproof case 15 which is made of aluminum with insulating property, and in a manufacturing process by means of casting, three core members 20 to 22 forming a magnetic circuit are integrally inserted. As for the solenoid 14, a coil 24 is fitted in a central core 23 of a core body 23 formed into E-shaped form. This core body 23 is held in a position where each end of the central core 23a and both symmetrical cores 23b and 23c comes into contact with the core members 20 to 22 embedded in the explosionproof case 15.
