    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured solenoid valve capable of improving assembling accuracy. SOLUTION: Two lines of small diameter inner wall side annular grooves 26 are formed in the small diameter inner wall 16 of an annular recess 15, two lines of large diameter inner wall side annular grooves 27 are formed in a large diameter inner wall 17, and a connecting member 28 is inserted into the annular recess 15. The connecting member 28 is pressurized to plastically deform the connecting member 28 and a cylindrical body 18. The cylindrical body 18 and the connecting member 28 are plastically deformed to flow in to the small diameter and large diameter inner wall side annular grooves 26 and 27, and the cylindrical body 18 is connected through the connecting member 28 to a base 3. The connection of the cylindrical body 18 to the base 3 is made to form a straight cylindrical shape. Compared with a conventional technology, a structure is simplified. By forming the cylindrical body 18 in the straight cylindrical shape, positioning with the base 3 is facilitated compared with the conventional technology, and assembling accuracy is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To attain an excellent read-write characteristic by mounting a mag netic head at the foremost end part of an arm which is freely rockable around a pivot parallel to a magnetic disk for the center, and making fitting the mag netic head so that its longitudinal direction to a direction connecting the center of the pivot and the center of the magnetic head in a plane that includes the extent of the rotational movement of the arm. CONSTITUTION:The longitudinal direction of the magnetic head 6 and that of a gimbal 5 coincide with each other, and a gap G is formed perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the magnetic head 6. Assuming a line segment S that runs from the center C of the head 6 to the center of the gimbal 5, an offset angle alpha is provided between a line segment PC connecting the center C and the center P of a pivot P and the line segment S. This means that the magnetic head 6 is fitted so that its longitudinal direction is inclined to the direction connecting the pivot 3 and the gap of the magnetic head 6 in a plane that includes the extent of the rotary movement of the arm 4. As a result, the yaw angle can be made constant irrespective of the position of the head, or an optional yaw angle can be obtained corresponding to the position of the head.

      SOLUTION: This ejector includes: a nozzle 60 having an inlet end and an outlet end; a diffuser having an inlet end and an outlet end; and an ejector body integrated with a suction passage forming a suction port between the outlet end of the nozzle 60 and the inlet end of the diffuser. The nozzle and the diffuser form a passage having an oblong section, and the narrowest part of the nozzle 60 forms a throat 90. The diffuser has an expanded part expanding at an expansion angle θ ranging from 5 to 10 degrees (the angle θ' to the center line of the diffuser ranges from 2.5 to 5 degrees). The sectional area of the throat ranges from 1.5 to 4.0 mm

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of turbulent flow by eliminating bending of an oil flow passage, in regard to a hydraulic buffer provided with oil passages in a piston in parallel with the axial direction of the piston. SOLUTION: The piston 8 is provided with a shrinkage side oil passage 11 and an extension side oil passage in parallel with the axial direction of the piston 8, and a shrinkage side sheet valve 14 is seated in a valve seat 13 of the shrinkage side oil passage 11, and an extension side sheet valve 18 is seated in a valve seat 17 of the extension side oil passage. The shrinkage side sheet valve 14 and the extension side sheet valve 18 are formed into a disk shape, of which both side parts are notched so that the extension side sheet valve 18 and the shrinkage side sheet valve 14 are not overlapped with each other in inlet side openings of the shrinkage side oil passage 11 and the extension side oil passage. With this structure, since the flow passage of the oil flowing into the shrinkage side oil passage 11 and the extension side oil passage is not bent, flow of the oil is smoothed to prevent the generation of turbulent flow, and stabilized damping force is obtained, and the generation of noise is prevented.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejector device to feed negative pressure to a pneumatic booster which is built in a negative pressure chamber of the pneumatic booster by eliminating any space restriction.
      SOLUTION: A recessed part to constitute two ejectors 3 and 4, an inlet chamber 11, an outlet chamber 12 and evacuation chambers 13, 14 and 15 which are juxtaposed in parallel is formed in one side of a flat plate-like case 2. Non-return valves 18 and 21 are provided in the outlet chamber 12 and the evacuation chamber 13. One side of the case 2 having the recessed part therein is abutted on an outer shell of a negative pressure chamber of a pneumatic booster via a seal plate to form the ejectors 3 and 4, the inlet chamber 11, the outlet chamber 12 and the evacuation chambers 13, 14 and 15. Since the ejectors 3 and 4 are juxtaposed in parallel, the intake air volume is increased without increasing the size of the case 2 in the vertical direction, and the ejectors can be built in the negative pressure chamber of the pneumatic booster. In addition, since the size of the case 2 in the vertical direction is not increased, the case 2 can be easily integrated by injection molding or the like.
