摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body structure for a passenger car in which an inrush of noise to its inside is more reduced. SOLUTION: In an outer shell body structure 1 forming the peripheral part of a passenger car, an inner shell body structure 12 forming a passenger car 22 is supported apart from the outer shell body structure 1 with a space 24. The inner shell body structure 12 is supported through vibration control member 26 made of vibration control rubbers by the outer shell body structure 1. Further, outer window 11 formed on the outer shell body structure 1 and the inner window 39 formed on the inner shell body structure 12 corresponding to the outer window 11 are provided. In addition, doors for going in and out to and from the passenger room are to be provided on the inner shell body structure 12.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of aerodynamic sound during traveling while suppressing the increase in the weight of a train. CONSTITUTION: Two current collecting shoe elevating mechanisms are installed at a pantograph 2, and the mechanisms and current collecting shoes are eccentrically deviated laterally at a train. Thus, when the two mechanisms are opposed longitudinally of the train, the both can approach to each other, and a pantograph cover 11 for enclosing the pantograph 2 can be reduced in size and weight. When the train is advanced, the two mechanisms are operated, only the rear shoe with respect to the advancing direction is brought into contact with a trolley wire, and the other shoe is retained in a folded state. Thus, an air flow generated by the traveling of the train is jumped up to the oblique surface 11a of the cover 11, thereby suppressing the flowing speed in contact with the shoes and the mechanisms.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a swiveling chair for a railway rolling stock, having a very restful and convenient footrest at each chair. CONSTITUTION: The chair 1 comprises a seat 13, a leg base 15, a back 17, arms 19 and further, bases 23a to 23c which are box-shaped members for supporting the seat 13 and a swiveling mechanism 21 for supporting the bases 23a to 23c so that the bases 23a to 23c can swivel 180 deg.C for the leg base 15. The footrest 11 and a footrest moving mechanism are disposed in the bases 23a to 23c. The footrest moving mechanism is driven by a servo motor 41 to convey/store the footrest 11 from/to the front opening of the bases 23a to 23c. The footrest 11 is constituted by a sole supporting section 11b and a leg supporting section 11a. The legs of the user can be rested by being supported in various states in a manner such that the sole supporting section 11b is overlapped to the leg supporting section 11a or is lifted to the right angle.

At the time of running of the vehicle, air is led into the bag parts for expansion so that the surfaces C contact with each other.

摘要： PURPOSE:To aim at improving productivity and reducing the cost by bonding forming members, having hollow cross sections, formed in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle so as to construct a body structure. CONSTITUTION:A vehicular body structure 20 is constructed by assembling the appropriate number of window forming material 21 and wainscot panel forming material 22 as the side structure, roof forming material 23 and pole plate forming material 24 as the roof structure, and floor forming material 25 and side beam forming material 26 as an underframe respectively as occasion demands. Each of the forming material 21-26 is a long-sized member continuously disposed toward the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, both edge parts of facing inner plates 28a and outer plates 27b are connected by baseboards 27c, and in the hollow part surrounded by the inner and outer plates 27a, 27b and baseboards 27c, reinforcing ribs 27d are continued in the trussed state. These forming members 21-26 made of light alloy are integrally formed by an extruder. Among them, however, the window part forming member 21 is provided protrusively with a receiving piece 21a for supporting the upper or lower edge of a window frame, side edges of the forming members 21-26 are placed facingly and their inner and outer parts are bonded by welding. The body structure 20 capable of bearing load in all the directions and high rigidity and strength can be thus obtained.
