摘要： PURPOSE:To mount a ground coil with stable and sufficient strength without increasing the work amount of a mounting operation by providing a bush which is arranged inside an opening part, which comes into contact with an insert and which is composed of a material whose mechanical strength is high. CONSTITUTION:A bush 7 composed of a material such as a metal or the like whose mechanical strength is high is arranged inside an opening part 1b in a ground-coil mounting part 1a, and it is brought into contact with an insert 3a. The bush 7 is molded integrally with the ground-coil mounting part 1a. A recessed part 8 which is combined with the bush 7 and which prevents the bush 7 from being dislocated with reference to the insert 3a is formed in the insert 3a. Thereby, an axial force can be increased when a bolt 4 is fastened, it is possible to prevent the bush 7 from being dislocated with reference to the insert 3a by fitting the bush 7 to the recessed part 8, and a ground coil can be supported strongly.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a coil device high in safety and its manufacture by preventing the exposure and scattering of glass fibers extending for along period, in the coil device used for a ground coil device for a magnetic levitation system railway. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 2, whereon a prepreg-shaped insulating tape 3 being a semihardening insulating member is wound, is wound into the shape of a coil, and the insulating tape 3 is hardened by heat-pressurization so as to form a coil. Semihardening glass short fiber reinforcing resin is arranged around this coil, and further a sheet part member 11 is arranged as the outer layer of this semihardening glass short fiber reinforcing resin, and it is accommodated in a mold so as to perform heat-pressurization treatment. By this heat- pressurization treatment, the semihardening glass fiber reinforcing resin penetrates into the sheet member 11 too and hardens, and the glass short fiber reinforcing resin 4, wherein glass short fibers are scattered, and the sheet member 11 are united.

摘要： PURPOSE:To restrain levitation force pulsation in a space between concrete panels by shifting the centers of end levitation coils to the upper side of the centers of standard levitation coils so as to improve riding comfort of a magnetic levitation type railway. CONSTITUTION:End levitation coils 5 and standard levitation coils 6 are mounted on both ends of a panel 5 and at other positions than both ends, respectively. The centers in the vertical direction of the end levitation coils 5 are shifted to the upper side of the centers in the vertical direction of the standard levitation coils 6. Otherwise, the standard levitation coils 6 are only mounted on the panel 15 without making spaces. The center in the vertical direction of the standard levitation coil 6 at the end is shifted to the upper side of the centers in the vertical direction of other standard levitation coils 6. At the curved portion of a path, the centers in the vertical direction of the levitation coils on the inside wall are shifted upward of the centers in the vertical direction of the levitation coils on the outside wall, depending on the inclination of a rail. In this way, levitation force pulsation is restrained and unbalanced levitation force is restrained at the curved portion of the path.

摘要： PURPOSE: To enable the control of electromagnetic force in the direction of propelling and increase in the service life of a propelling ground coil, by filling the gap formed between a side perpendicular to the direction of vehicle travel and a side of the adjacent case with insulating filler. CONSTITUTION: A spacer 5, made of cut pieces of polyester unwoven cloth sheet, is compressed and inserted into the gap between a case 3 and a propelling coil 2b. An ordinary temperature setting silicone rubber compound 4 is poured in the gap, and hardened. After the case and propelling ground coil 2b are assembled together on a flat surface and the filler 4 is hardened, the resultant assembly is secured on a concrete side wall with bolts to complete the installation. As a result, electromagnetic force in the direction of propelling that is produced in the ground coil 2 whenever a vehicle passes, is received by the case 3 secured on the concrete side wall through the insulating filler 4. This suppresses vibrations and thus minimizes wear and damage to the ground coil 2 due to vibration, which increases the service life of the ground coil 2.

After stopper rollers 40R, 40L abut on the top surface of the coil 10, the movable clamp 22R is moved to the fixed clamp 22L side by the cylinder 32, and each claw 22R, 22L is positioned on the outside surface of a circular part of each corner. Under this condition, the coil 10 is hoisted, and installed on a predetermined position on the track.

The front propelling coil 7 and the rear propelling coil 9 are not directly bolted with the side wall 3a but clamped with the levitation coil 5 and the spacer 10 and fixed therewith.
