摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce a facing by a consolidated area and resin bolts so as to stabilize the natural ground by pressing prescribed chemical into a plurality of resin bolts, and discharging the chemical into an oblong hole of the tunnel working face so as to fill the chemical into pores of the ground and cracks of the bedrock around. SOLUTION: At the time of using a long-sized bolt as a face bolt, slow curing silica-urethane chemical is passed into a hollow part of the bolt and discharged into an oblong hole 4 from a chemical discharge hole 5a at the tip. In this case, the silica-urethane chemical is composed of an A-solution with water glass as a main component, and a B-solution with a polyisocyanate component as a main component. The flow time of the chemical is set to five minutes or more, and its expansion ratio is set to five times or less. The resin bolt 5 can be fastened positively and early to the ground or rock-bed around, and after charging the chemical into the oblong hole 4, the resin bolt 5 is further pressed in. The chemical therefore infiltrates into pores of the ground and cracks of the bedrock around so as to form a wide range of consolidated area. As a result, reinforcing effect is further improved, and the natural ground can be further stabilized.
