    • PURPOSE:To obtain a torsional damper of low cost, easy to produce, outstanding in high-temperature bond strength, durability, etc., by pressing a preliminarily compressed elastomeric member into between inner and outer cylindrical members followed by integrally bonding them using a specific adhesive. CONSTITUTION:An elastomeric member to be pressed into between (A) a rigid inner cylindrical member to be fitted on a revolving shaft and (B) a rigid outer cylindrical member as the damper mass to be concentrically located against the member A is, in advance, cured and molded into a band-shaped or cylindrical form. Thence, an adhesive consisting mainly of chlorosulfonated polyethylene is coated on the respective surfaces of the outer circumference of the member A and inner circumference of the member B and/or the both surfaces of said elastomeric member followed by coating the adhesive-applied surfaces with a lubricant oil compatible with said elastomeric member. This elastomeric member is then pressed into between the members A and B in a specified compression rate to effect bonding into a unit, thus obtaining the objective torsional damper.

On one hand, a rod molding cavity 38 and a second cylindrical part molding cavity 42 are filled with said resin, and a rod 12 and a second cylindrical part 16 are molded, whereby its weld line occurs on the Y-Y line having the small degree of stress. Consequently, the design strength of resin original in the obtained connecting rod is effectively provided.

    • PURPOSE:To provide flexibility capable of sufficiently following the motion of a human body by forming upper and lower columnar or square pillar-shaped regions of a composition prepared by dispersing and adding a living body-active ceramic powder in a polymer elastic material base having bio-compatibility and forming a central region only from a polymer elastic material.
