    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain generation of a reverse power flow without stopping the operation of an effective power output apparatus when the reverse power flow occurs. SOLUTION: Effective power (P Line ) 7 at a linkage point 3 is calculated from a voltage by an output of a transformer 14 and a current by an output of a current transformer 15 using an effective power calculating device 16. If the effective power (P Line ) 7 is negative, an effective-power control circuit 13takes it as a reverse flow being generated, performs control for narrowing down the output for an effective-power output apparatus 5 without stopping the operation of the effective-power output apparatus 5, and performs control so that the effective power (P Line ) 7 may be zero, thus restraining the reverse power flow immediately.
