摘要： PURPOSE: To statically and surely remove excavated earth by providing an earth removing means on an earth drill protrudably above a rotary bucket, and inserting the earth removing means into the bucket as the rotary bucket rises after an excavation. CONSTITUTION: A kelly-bar 4 suspended by a kelly-rope 3 is rotated by a drive section 6, the ground is excavated while slurry is injected, then the rotation of a bucket 5 is stopped, the kelly-bar 4 is lifted by the kelly-rope 3, and the bucket 5 is lifted on the ground. The lifting of the bucket 5 is temporarily stopped, the rod of a hydraulic jack 13 is extended, an earth removing rod 12 is rocked and nearly vertically fixed above the bucket 5. When the kelly-rope 3 is again wound to lift the kelly-bar 4 and the bucket 5, an earth removing plate 11 fixed at one end section of the earth removing rod 12 relatively enters the bucket 5 from its upper opening section. The excavated sediment in the bucket 5 is forcibly pressed and removed by the earth removing plate 11.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily, speedily and automatically generate a facility rough estimate and its written estimate by selecting and designating various massages, menus, tables, etc., displayed on the display of an EWS through an input device while looking at them. CONSTITUTION:This system consists of a rough design, plotting and quantity calculation system 1, a unit unit-price system 2, a composite unit-price system 3, and a rough written estimate system 4. Then the system 4 generates estimate data by making the estimate on the basis of unit-price data from a unit unit- price file 6 and a composite unit-price file 8 and quantity data from a quantity file 5, and the data are stored in an estimate data management file 10 and also stored and managed on a proper floppy disk 4a, so that the data can be kept and managed. The estimate data are printed as a proper written estimate 11 through estimate processing. Consequently, the facility rough written estimate can automatically easily, speedily and automatically be generated without any futility, unresonableness, and unevenness over a conversation with the engineering work station(EWS).

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily and certainly inspect the damage state of anticorrosion coating, by a method wherein the measuring terminal provided to a part of an embedded metal pipe and the earth rod in the vicinity of the anticorrosion coating inserted in the ground are connected to an insulation resistance tester to measure a resistance value and the damage state of said coating is judged on the basis of the measured value. CONSTITUTION:The terminal 3 provided to a part of the metal pipe 1 having anticorrosion coating applied thereto embedded in the ground and the earth rod 4 inserted in the ground in the vicinity of the anticorrosion coating are respectively connected to the line side terminal 6 and earth side terminal 8 of an insulation resistance tester 5 to measure a resistance value. Then, by the comparison of the measured result with the data obtained by experiment, the damage level of the anticorrosion coating is determined and, further, by the marked lowering in the measured resistance value, the leakage of water is judged. By this method, the damage state of the anticorrosion coating can be inspected easily and certainly.
