摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ascertain a point of leakage in a short time by a method wherein pressure wave produced with a water hammer producing means provided at a hydraulic testing machine is transmitted through a water supply piping. SOLUTION: A circulation piping 2 is equipped with a flow regulating valve 3, a solenoid operated valve 4 for opening and shutting a passage, a hydraulic pressure gauge 5, a circulation pump 6 for forcibly circulating water inside the circulation piping 2, and a flow meter 7. Water is supplied to the circulation piping 2 and a water supply piping 11 and both of them are filled with water. Then, the solenoid operated valve 4 is put in the state of opening, the circulation pump is actuated, and water in the circulation piping 2 is made to run at a specified speed by operation of the flow regulating valve 3. As a sudden closure is made with the solenoid operated valve 4 operated for ON/OFF at a fixed interval, pressure wave is produced, starting from the position of the solenoid operated valve 4 and a water hammer is produced between the solenoid operated valve and the water supply piping 11. Thereby, a leakage point in the water supply piping 11 can be detected. As the water hammer having a big pressure fluctuation is used, the point of leakage can be found in a short time.

摘要： PURPOSE: To make it possible to disinfect an interior of an air conditioner and an indoor space irrespective of one's absence and supply a clean air during one's presence indoors by air conditioning and disinfecting the interior of an air conditioner and the indoor space by means of the air conditioner during one's presence and disinfecting the interior of the air conditioner and the indoor space by means of ozone during one's absence. CONSTITUTION: When people is present indoors, the supply and exhaust opening of a room is opened and air-conditioned with an outdoor air conditioner as well. While the interior of an air conditioner and an indoor air are being disinfected with the air conditioner 1, the room is air-conditioned in such a fashion that ozone may not be discharged from the air conditioner 1. When people is absent indoors, the supply and exhaust opening of the room is closed and ozone is discharged by driving an ozone generating device 4 so as to disinfect the interior of the air conditioner 1 and the indoor space. Furthermore, when the disinfection process is over, the ozone in the room is decomposed with an ozone decomposition device 10. This construction makes it possible to disinfect the interior of the air conditioner and the indoor space no matter when people is present or absent and supply a clean air when people is present.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily and certainly inspect the damage state of anticorrosion coating, by a method wherein the measuring terminal provided to a part of an embedded metal pipe and the earth rod in the vicinity of the anticorrosion coating inserted in the ground are connected to an insulation resistance tester to measure a resistance value and the damage state of said coating is judged on the basis of the measured value. CONSTITUTION:The terminal 3 provided to a part of the metal pipe 1 having anticorrosion coating applied thereto embedded in the ground and the earth rod 4 inserted in the ground in the vicinity of the anticorrosion coating are respectively connected to the line side terminal 6 and earth side terminal 8 of an insulation resistance tester 5 to measure a resistance value. Then, by the comparison of the measured result with the data obtained by experiment, the damage level of the anticorrosion coating is determined and, further, by the marked lowering in the measured resistance value, the leakage of water is judged. By this method, the damage state of the anticorrosion coating can be inspected easily and certainly.
