    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a difference in steps between a front barrel and a rear barrel to prevent the deformation of natural ground by providing a plurality of slits in an external crust of a boring machine and providing a plurality of projection parts in a gripper of the interior to constitute a single barrel body which can come in and out of the slit freely. SOLUTION: A cutter head 10 is provided at a front end of an external crust a which is a single barrel body of a boring machine, and a plurality of slits 11 are provided at a peripheral face symmetrical position in the direction of length in the external crust a. A plurality of projection parts 19 which are along the longitudinal direction of the exteranl crust a are provided in parallel on an outer face of a gripper, and each projection part 19 faces the slit 11. A jack for gripper is operated to project each projection part 19 of the gripper from each corresponding slit 11, bring it into contact with a pit wall face of a tunnel to obtain propulsion reaction force, and propel it by a, jack for propulsion. At the same time, the cutter head 10 is rotated to bore the ground. The external crust a is the single barrel body, and it is possible to eliminate a difference in steps between a front barrel and a rear barrel and prevent the occurrence of deformation and pushing out of natural ground.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform improvement and reinforcement on earth and mountain obtaining necessary jacking reaction by slidably mounting a rock excavation device turnably and inclinably supporting a multi-function rock drill in the tunnel axis direction to a main beam or in the direction perpendicular thereto with regard to an open type tunnel excavator. SOLUTION: A rock drill device is comprised of a multi-function rock drill 23 and its moving mechanism, and they are individually provided on both the sides of a beam front side part 10. A lift base 31 reciprocally moving in the direction intersecting to the tunnel axis direction is screwed to a spline shaft 30. A hydraulic motor normally and reversely rotating a support part 32 in a vertical face is incorporated in the lift base 31, and a base end 34a inclinably supports a guide shell 34 supporting the end part 33 of the multi-function rock drill 23 on the support part 32. In addition, a moving motor M fixed on a gear is attached to a movable support member, and reciprocal movement is performed in the direction of excavation of an excavator 1 by normal and reverse rotation of the motor M. Thus, improvement and reinforcement can be performed on earth and mountain obtaining necessary reaction force.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the working efficiency of a shaft and the working speed and to enhance the efficiency of excavation by bottoming and fixing the forward end of a guide pipe onto the bottom surface of a drilled shaft, and by moving a gravity type bucket excavator up and down through the guide pipe so as to excavate the ground. CONSTITUTION:A guide pipe 3 is suspended from a guide pipe elevating device (b) supported on a machine frame 6, and a gravity type bucket excavator 14 is moved up and down through the guide pipe 3 so as to carry out preceding excavation and discharge of muck. During this phase, a full swivel type excavating device 16 is provided around the outer periphery of the guide pipe 13 so as to excavate the inner peripheral surface of a shaft 5a, and excavated muck is collected to the center part 33 of the bottom surface and is then discharged by the gravity type bucket excavator 14. Then, the guide pipe 3 is raised, and a spraying manipulator is projected downward from the front end of the pipe 3 so as to spray mortar onto the inner surface of the shaft 5a for sheathing. In this case, rolling wheels 7 are suspended above rails, and are then lifted up by a lift device so as to set the machine frame 6 on the ground surface at the position where the shaft 5a is drilled. Further, the wheels 7 are set onto the rails so as to float up and move the machine frame 6.
