摘要： PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement of grinding efficiency without flowing a ground surface, by a method wherein an axis of a cylindrical barrel tank is made to bias at fixed per cent against a vertical axis, made to incline inward at a fixed angle, a work and a medium are taken in the tank, and made to rotate at a fixed revolution centering around the vertical axis. CONSTITUTION:Collision among works is not generated and there is no danger of occurring a nick or gouge and a void, as a barrel tank 1 is made to bias against a vertical axis Y at 15-85% of a radius of the bottom of the barrel, to incline at an angle of 1-15 deg. so as to turn the upside inward, multilayer is formed of inserted materials into the barrel tank over keeping every point of the barrel tank at an identical direction always, that is, the barrel tank is not rotated against a space, but is turned at 1,000-1,300r.p.m. on its own locus centering around the main axis Y, then the liquid circulation is generated in a tornadolike state and even if a plurality of kinds of works are inserted into the barrel simultaneously they are separated longitudinally for liquid circulation according to their specific gravity and mass.
