    • PURPOSE:To provide the above-identified device, with which a core provided with terminals is reliably received from a supply magazine and safely and automatically transferred to a core chuck to be chuck thereon, and which is useful when assembled in an automatic continuous wire winding machine. CONSTITUTION:When cams 46 and 47 are brought to a predetermined rotational position, a positioning piece 32 is brought to a position immediately beneath a core supply magazine 41, and a pair of movable pawls 33 are opened by the action of a spring. In this state, cores 1 with multiple terminals are dropped one after another to be received by the piece 32 and enter a vertical groove 42 so that they are positioned. With the subsequent rotation of the cam 47 an arm 43 is caused to push outer ends of the pawls, so that each core 1 is clamped between the pawls. With the subsequent rotation of the cam 46 a pushing member 35 is caused to advance toward a core chuck 10, while the pawl 33 is also advanced toward the chuck 10. The chuck 10 is pushed toward a core transfer device 30 by the action of air cylinder unit 21. As a result, a recess 14 of a core holder 19 is opened, and a flange 1c of the core is pushed into the recess 14. With further advancement of the device 30 toward the chuck 10 the core holder 19 enters into a sleeve 15 together with the core 1, and at this instant the pawls 33 are closed with the rotation of the cam 47.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency of the manufacture of a transformer by a method comprising precisely drawing out one by one cores fitted with terminals from the magazine, delivering them safely and automatically to a core chuck to be chcked, and continuously supplying them to an automatic winder. CONSTITUTION:A magazine 4 consists of a hollow member 12, the shaft 15 of a core 5 fitted with a terminal is guided by a cut-out 13 along the entire length at the front surface, and the groove 19 of a guide 18 at the rear surface is engaged with the terminal of the core to block the rotation of the core. Shutters 62 and 63 are fitted to a bracket 61 in a slidable manner, and at the front surfaces of shutters there are provided locking claws 66 and 67 facing each other alternately at predetermined intervals. Shutters 62 and 63 are attracted to each other by means of a spring 27, and by the rotation of a drive shaft 45, the cam and lever act to release the locking thereof, and the cores 5 fall one by one at every half pitch of the claw. The cores 5 come into abutment with the stopper 83b of a movable claw 83 through locating member and are accepted thereby. The claw 83 moves in connection with the drive shaft 45 by an arm 93 and a spring 94, and advances toward the chuck together the claw holding plate 91 and the claws, thereby to deliver the cores to the chuck and supply the same to a winder.

    • PURPOSE:To perform the take-out of a coil and the cutting-off of a wire in connection with each other, by protruding the tip of a movable sleeve from a holder and fitting the peripheral part of the sleeve with a plurality of leaf springs which are separated from one another and hold the peripheral parts of terminals of a multi- terminal core by the elastic forces of the speings. CONSTITUTION:When a cutting-off lever 20 finishes swinging in one direction for cutting-off operation, the butt of the lever comes into contact with a stopper 27 on a rack 22. When a sliding bar 21 is moved forth, the butt of the cutting-off lever 20 is pushed by the stopper 27 and a movable sleeve 12 is moved forth toward a core chuck 30 through a pinion 19 and a pivot shaft 18. As a result, the oblique part of a leaf spring 13 is gradually contrated inward and moved forth by its own elastic force while the oblique part is in contact with a flange 26 on a fixed bar 25. The peripheral part of a terminal of a core is nipped by the tip 13a of the leaf spring and the bound part of the terminal is pushed in toward the butt of the terminal. A chuck shaft 36 is moved back to separate the multiple-core terminal from the chuck 30 and spread the leaf springs 30 to drop the core into a chute.
