    • PURPOSE:To be able to make an electronic parts series manufacturing apparatus in compact and to elevate the operating efficiency by a method wherein the plural core holding units are transferred one after another through an operating station separated in accordance with process to complete the coil elements, and the completed elements are adhered and equipped to the electronic parts series. CONSTITUTION:In a coil element manufacturing mechanism 8, the plural core holding units 14 are transferred one after another through a station separated in accordance with process in a coil manufacturing station 13, and a wire 44 from a reel 274 is wound to it and processed. The completed coil element 2 is taken off from the core holding unit 14 in a transferring mechanism 10, transferred to an equipping mechanism 9, and by placing the coil element between the U character state lead wires 1 adhered and holded by a previously prepared holding belt 5, the electronic parts series 6 can be obtained. The empty holding unit, from which the coil element is taken off, is returned to an entrance part of core supplying station 17. By this way, the apparatus can be made in compact and the operating efficiency can be elevated.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the winding operation of wires of a transformer and the workability in the binding operation of terminals by horizontally shifting the shutter member by a cam and dropping one by one cores fitted with terminals while locking alternately these cores by claws of the shutter. CONSTITUTION:When a driving shaft 45 and a cam 32 are rotated, a table 24 for retaining plate cams 22 and 23 at the leading ends of rods 20 and 21 moves back (A). Accordingly, the cam roller 18 of a shutter member 12 is pressed by a cam 22, and moves (B) laterally along a guide bar 14. A shutter member 13 moves in the same direction. For this reason, the core 1 fitted with a terminal, locked by the flange part at the claw 16 of the shutter member 12 moves downward by tare, and is locked by a claw 17 of the shutter member 13. Since the claws 16 and 17 are arranged alternately in the vetical direction, the core moves at a half pitch, and the core at the lowermost end of a magazine 4 drops and is supplied to a receiving device 30. Thereafter, the shutter member moves in an inverse direction and similarly causes one core at the lowermost end to fall.

    • PURPOSE:To perform automatic winding by a method wherein a core having numbers of pin terminals is chucked and terminal hooking, coil winding, and wire cutting are automatically conducted in accordance with coil winding pattern. CONSTITUTION:When nozzle holder 73 has risen, one of terminals is placed at the center of nozzle 77 rotation, and drum-type core 11 is chucked which is attached with many terminals. Wire is sent from nozzle shaft 75 to nozzle 77 with a given tension and wound, when holder 73 rises up, on the terminal by the nozzle 77 which eccentrically turns. Then, when holder 73 falls down, exchange pin 162 hooks the wire and goes toward core chuck 17. When holder 73 has reached the lower limit, winding-shape correction pin 163 hooks the wire, proceeds to the specified position, and prepares to start winding. Then, the chuck is released and sleeve 20 rotates to cause the core to wind the wire. At the same time, pin is reset, the pin 163 retreats when holder 73 rises up. In this way, winding is performed on the terminals 1 through 10 in accordance with the specified operational instruction, and during holder 73 falling down, the terminals 1 and 10 cut the wire to complete a coil.
