    • PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic part having small eddy current loss, low loss, low heat generation, high efficiency and excellent magnetic characteristics by a method wherein, in an electronic part in which a coil is embedded in a coil-supporting body, the supporting body is composed of a plurality of magnetic parts, arranged leaving a space between them, and an insulating part. CONSTITUTION:A coil supporting member 2 is composed of a plurality of magnetic parts 21 arranged leaving an interval between them, and insulating parts 22. Each of the magnetic parts 21 constitutes the magnetic path for the magnetic flux formed by a coil current, and the insulating parts 22 are arranged in such a manner that the intervals between the magnetic parts 21 and 21 are buried. The magnetic flux phi1 formed by the coil current moves toward the direction of coil spool O1, and an eddy current Ie is going to be generated around the coil spool O1. As the insulating parts 22 are located in the direction of the above-mentioned eddy current Ie, the eddy current Ie is broken by the insulating parts 22, and no eddy current Ie is allowed to flow between the magnetic parts 21 and 21. As a result, the loss of the eddy current is small, and an electronic part of low loss, low heat generation and high efficiency can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated composite component of high integration and high performance where a coil is enhanced in number of turns and inductance value by a method wherein coiled conductors which are spiral and displaced in the direction of a winding axis are provided so as to make their winding axes positioned on each other's winding radial plane, combined so as to be opposite to each other in a winding direction from the view point of the same winding direction, and connected so as to induce a magnetic field respectively in the same direction. CONSTITUTION:One of coils 21-24 is provided with coil conductors 201 and 202, the coil conductors 201 and 202 spiral and displaced in the direction of O of a winding axis are provided so as to make their winding axes positioned on each other's winding radial plane. The winding direction a1 of the coil conductor 201 and the winding direction b1 of the coil conductor 202 are opposite to each other from the view point of the same winding axis direction O. The coil conductors 201 and 202 are electrically connected together joining the terminal end of the coil conductor 201 to the starting end of the coil conductor 202 with a connector 203 so as to induce a magnetic field respectively in the same direction by coil currents.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent saturation even for an increased electric current by a method wherein a laminated-coil type inductance element used in a unilateral magnetic field (magnetic field generated by an electric current only in the positive or negative direction) such as a choke coil is constituted of the following: a soft-magnetic core; a coil conductor forming a magnetic path in the magnetic core; and a permanent magnet with one part of the magnetic core is substituted. CONSTITUTION:A paste layer in which a soft-magnetic ferrite powder and a binder have been mixed and a paste in which a conductive powder of copper, silver, silver-palladium or the like has been mixed with a binder are printed alternately in a layer shape to form a laminated coil. In a halfway part of a laminate process at this time, a magnetic powder for permanent magnetic use is laminated, only in the prescribed number of layers, on an arbitrary part used as a magnetic path of a magnetic core. The magnetic powder is constituted of a paste which is composed of a barium ferrite and a plastic binder. In this manner, an inductance element is constituted of the following: a magnetic body 1 used as the magnetic core; a coil conductor 2 which is wound around it; a laminated magnet 3 arranged inside the magnetic path at the inside of the magnetic body 1.
