    • PURPOSE: To isolate the titled compound useful as an optical resolving agent for amino acids in high purity, by reacting a racemic modification of α-phenylethanesulfonic acid with an optically active α-amino acid, and utilizing the solubility difference of the resultant diastereomer salts.
      CONSTITUTION: A racemic modification of α-phenylethanesulfonic acid is reacted with an optically active α-amino acid (except p-hydroxyphenylglycine), and the solubility difference of the resultant two diastereomer salts is utilized to separate a salt of the optically active α-phenylethanesulfonic acid with the optically active α-amino acid which is a slightly soluble diastereomer salt of one thereof. The resultant salt is then resolved to give the aimed optically active α-phenylethanesulfonic acid or an optically active amino acid salt thereof. The above- mentioned optically active sulfonic acid can be used to give the optically active α-amino acid by utilizing the solubility difference of the resultant two diastereomer salts.

    • 目的:通过使α-苯基乙烷磺酸的外消旋体与光学活性α-氨基酸反应,并利用得到的非对映异构体盐的溶解度差来分离用作高纯度氨基酸的光学拆分剂的标题化合物。 构成:将α-苯基乙烷磺酸的外消旋体改性与光学活性α-氨基酸(对羟基苯基甘氨酸除外)反应,并将所得两种非对映体盐的溶解度差异用于分离光学活性α-苯基乙烷磺酸盐 酸与光学活性α-氨基酸,其是其中一种的微溶非对映异构体盐。 然后将所得盐解析得到目标光学活性的α-苯基乙烷磺酸或其光学活性氨基酸盐。 上述光学活性磺酸可用于通过利用所得两种非对映异构体盐的溶解度差来得到光学活性的α-氨基酸。
