摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent useless dialing by comparing the amount of a minimum communication charge in response to a dial number with the deposited monetary amount before the acquisition of a telephone line and giving an urging display when the deposited monetary amount is deficient. CONSTITUTION:The equipment is provided with a loop dial detection circuit 3, a DC loop dial control circuit 7, a buzzer 9 sending an urging tone or the like when a deposited coin is deficient and a display circuit 10 displaying various displays or the like. Then the control circuit 2 discriminates it that the deposited talking charge is more than the minimum charge, the control circuit 2 acquires a telephone line and sends a dial signal in response to a dial number entered from a terminal equipment to the telephone line and when the control circuit 2 discriminates it that the deposited charge is less than the minimum charge, the control circuit 2 displays the urging display of the deposition of the communication charge. Thus, no useless dialing is implemented to an exchange and it is not required for the terminal equipment to make dialing again.

摘要： PURPOSE:To attain incoming call talking on power failure by providing an AC loop generating circuit sending an incoming call signal from a telephone line to a terminal equipment on power failure to the equipment so as to inform the arrival of a call on power failure. CONSTITUTION:Contacts a, b of each relay are respectively restored on power failure from a diode bridge DB and a loop dial detection circuit 3 and the contacts are in contact with each other. Moreover, the contact (b) is thrown to the position of a contact (e). When a call comes from a telephone line, the incoming signal comes to a terminal equipment 1 via an AC loop circuit comprising contacts b, e, a capacitor C2 and a contact (d) and a bell in the terminal equipment 1 rings. In this case, when a special key is operated, its contact KS is closed and incoming talking is implemented in the terminal equipment 1. Thus, an incoming call to the terminal equipment is attained even on power failure in the communication management equipment and talking and communication are implemented in response to the arrival of the call.

摘要： PURPOSE:To allow a terminal equipment to always receive a regular polarity inversion signal by inverting the polarity of a bypass means and connecting it to the terminal equipment when it is discriminated that the polarity of a telephone line at loop closing is inverted. Thus, the terminal equipment always receives a regular polarity inversion signal from the telephone line and malfunction attended with the reception of the polarity inversion signal is prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain approximately constant holding force over the entire turning area by adding a friction load mechanism consisting of a cam member and an elastic member to a latch mechanism and compensating the weight of a display part by moment and the decrease of the holding power by the friction force of the cam member and the elastic member is accordance with the decrease of the turning angle of the display part. CONSTITUTION:A 1st latch 5 and a 2nd latch 7 are normal kept meshed with each other by the energizing force of a torque spring 8. If the set angle of the display part 2 is set, an engaging projection 35 of a leaf spring 19 of the cam member 18 comes into contact with a cam surface 33. The leaf spring 19 is elastically deformed downward with an increase in the rotating angle of the cam member 18 and the friction force with the cam member 18 increases in proportion thereto. This friction force is easily provided with the balance with the rotating moment by the centroid movement arising from the turning of the display part 2 by setting the spring force of the leaf spring 19 at an optimum value. The specified holding force by the latch mechanism 3 is obtd. regardless of the turning angle of the display part 2 in this way and the closing of the display part 2 with slight force is surely prevented.

Thus it is possible to cover a control part 23 with a resin agent to prevent the leakage of the program and to change programs of plural devices with a single transmitting device.
