CONSTITUTION:An information input section 105a is operated to select the specific service number registration mode, a recording medium 113 is loaded and a character key is depressed to input the name of the specific service classification. Then the specific service number to receive the service is inputted. Thus, specific service number information is recorded on the recording medium 113. In the case of communication by using the specific service number, when the recording medium 113 is loaded, a control section 119a reads the information on the recording medium 113 and the registered service classification is displayed as a menu on a display section 109. The operator controls a cursor key 106g and a selection key 106c to select the desired service classification among plural displayed service classifications. Thus, the user does not require the storage of the specific service number to attain quick and accurate transmission.

Then when the end command for the maintenance operation is inputted, an inter-system control part 131 reads the pieces of history information out of the HDs 104 and 114 of the respective systems to a memory 132 for control and compares them with each other, thereby writing one piece of history information after their difference is compensated on the HDs 104 and 114 of the respective systems. The inter-system transfer of the history information is not performed after the start command for the maintenance operation is inputted, and only a minimum amount of data is transferred between the systems after the end command is inputted, so the backup and update time for the history information can greatly be shortened.
