    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately hold a switch at the on-or-off-position, by driving a latch to the locked or unlocked position by a toggle joint-type click biasing mechanism part, in accompany with a rotating operation of a rotor of a key switch part. SOLUTION: A shaft pin 7 for connecting a point edge part of a guide pin to which a compression coil spring 6 is fitted, with a latch 2, is located at a lower side of a reference line L in a locked condition. The latch 2 is biased in a clockwise direction on the shaft pin 3 by the compression coil spring 6, to be pressed to a stop part 1a of the fixed base plate 1, and is stably held on a vertical position of the point edge part 2b. An operation lever 9 is rotated in a clockwise direction by the rotation of a rotor of a key switch part fixed to the fixed base plate 1, and the latch 2 of which the basic end part 2a is pressed, is rotated in an anticlockwise direction. When the shaft pin 7 is located at an upper side of the reference line, the action of the compression coil spring 6 is reversed, and the latch 2 is energized in the anticlockwise direction, to be stably kept in an unclocked condition at the horizontal position of the point edge part 2b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start operation of an apparatus system to be controlled according to an order required from the point of securing safety, by turning on or off a first switch unit by pressing a key, and turning on or off a second switch unit during rotation of a changeover rotor. SOLUTION: A switch unit 11 is placed on the side of the rear part of a key unit 1, and another switch unit 16 is fixed to the just back of the key unit 1. The switch unit 16 is first turned on by pressing a key 10 inserted into a locking rotor 13 against energization by a spring 18, and then the switch unit 11 is turned on by rotating the key 10. For securing safety of an apparatus system to be controlled, the switch unit 16 is assigned as a switch of an apparatus to be first turned on, and the switch unit 11 is assigned as a switch of an apparatus to be next turned on.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately take opening/closing actions over a long period by fitting cam bodies to the rear end section of a rotor, energizing an operation rod slidably inserted into the key hole of the rotor with a spring, and retreating the operation rod via the insertion of a key. SOLUTION: When a key 1 is inserted into the key hole 11 of a lock body 8, the tip section of the key 1 pushes the front end section of an operation rod 5 inserted into a rotor 3, the operation rod 5 is slid against the energizing of a spring 6 to push an actuator 19c arranged at the rear end of the rotor 3, and a switch 7c is closed. Switches 7a, 7b are kept open in this stage. When the rotor 3 is rotated in the prescribed direction by the key 1, cam bodies 4, 12 are rotated integrally with the rotor 3 and a joint 13 to push actuators 19a, 19b, and the switches 19a, 19b are closed. When the key 1 is rotated by the prescribed angle and extracted from the key hole 11, the operation rod 5 is energized in the advancing direction by the spring 6, and the switch 7c is opened.

SOLUTION: A pair of circular-arc-shaped arms 7, 7 facing the outer peripheral surfaces of cams 5 for switch operation is provided on a detent board 6 fixed to a switch mounting plate 2, a pair of recessed parts 8, 8 for the detent is provided on the outer peripheral surfaces of the cams 5 being faced on its diameter, and locking projections 9, 9 engaged with the recessed parts 8, 8 for the detent are provided at the tips of the circular-arc-shaped arms 7, 7. When a rotor is rotated in a prescribed direction by a prescribed angle, the locking projections 9, 9 of the pair of circular-arc-shaped arms 7, 7 of the detent board 6 drop to the recessed parts 8, 8 for the detent of the cams 5 at the terminal of the rotation, and elastically engage with these. Thus, the cams 5 are adequately aligned on a central axis line of a cylinder key body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clamp a body to be clamped with moderate tension force and downsize a hooking member by providing, at a hanging receiving member, an elastic member which can be stretched following tension force due to a tension holding member to be added to the hooking member which is hung on the hanging receiving member. SOLUTION: In a clamping mechanism, a hooking member 20 is arranged in a manner to be hung by a hanging receiving member 10 arranged in a container and an operation lever 30 which stretches and holds the hooking member 20 is arranged at a lid part. The hanging receiving member 10 is equipped with two springs 14 which stretch and contract following the tension force of the operation lever 30. In a state that a lever body 32 of the operation lever 30 is opened, the hooking member 20 is hooked on a hook 13 of the hanging receiving member 10 and the operation lever 30 is closed. Accordingly, an end 21 of the hooking member 20 moves i.e., the springs 14 of the hanging receiving member 10 stretch and contract following fluctuation of the tension force, the hook 13 goes in and out from an upper part of a spring housing section 11, and the container and its lid are clamped by moderate tension force.
