    • PURPOSE:To prevent entrance of rainwater through automatic shut off of a draft ventilating passage when an air velocity exceeds a specified value by a method wherein a damper for shut off is disposed in a ventilating passage, e.g. ducts, and a lock mechanism to temporarily lock a damper blade to two full opening and closing orientation is mounted to the damper. CONSTITUTION:A damper for ventilation can be opened and closed through vertical movement of a slide shaft 13. The shaft 13 is secured by ball plungers 16a and 16b each time opening and closing are effected. During opening of the damper, the slide shaft 13 is fixed by the ball plunger 16a. Since a blade 7 of the damper is not in true parallel to the direction of a flow, a closing force is exerted by means of a drift current, but the blade is fixed against a closing force by means of the ball plunger 16a. When a velocity of inflow air exceeds a specified value, a closing force by a drift current is against a fixing force by the ball plunger 16a, and the damper is closed. A natural ventilating port is provided for being capable of blocking strong wind togetherwith rainwater by automatically closing damper through simple constitution instead of a complicated system employing a power when air in a quantity exceeding a specified value is blown in.

    • PURPOSE:To certainly stop a blade at a full open position, by providing a casing and a plurality of the blades parallelly arranged in the casing and revolving between opening and closing positions and forming the cross-section of each blade into a wing shape. CONSTITUTION:A casing 10 is formed into a rectangular shape and flanges 12, 14 for mounting a duct are provided to both ends of said casing 10. Bearing support members are mounted to the opposed inner surfaces of the casing 10 to support the shaft 22 of a plurality of blades 20. The blades 20 are formed into a wing shape and the shaft 22 is mounted to the center-of-gravity position thereof. Next, a blade receiver is mounted to the casing 10 to determine a full-close position and a full-open stopper 26 is further mounted to determine a full-open position. Further, the end part of the shaft 22 protrudes from the casing 10 and a coil spring is allowed to act between the shaft 22 and a spring cover to be used as the closing force of the blades 20. By this constitution, resistance is low in the vicinity of the full-open position of the blades 20 and, further, lift is generated to show a tendency to bring the blades to a position of 90 deg. or more and this tendency is suppressed by the stopper 26 to make it possible to stop the blades at the full-open position. Further, when a known wing shape is used, air quantity can be measured from the relation between the air quantity and lift.

    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize a motor, relax a shock when a panel is opened at the time of using as an exhaust gas outlet, furthermore, ease housing and transporting by providing a locking device so as to keep a connection when the motor decreases speed and even stops after the motor speed increases and is connected. CONSTITUTION:A latch 57 pressed by a spring 56 is engaged with a recessed part of a slide pin 31 and the slide pin 31 is sustained at a retracted position. The centrifugal force moves a centrifugal slide shaft 30 in a radius direction against the pressing force of a spring 29 when the rotation of a motor increases. And the slide pin 31 enters into a hole 33 of a driven drum 32 and joins a centrifugal clutch device. At that time, the latch 57 enters into the other recessed part of the centrifugal slide shaft 30, and keeps the joined position even when the rotation of the motor 25 decreased. And the said mechanism is used as a panel of an exhaust gas outlet, all toothed wheels to the driven drum 32 rotate when the panel is opened by the spring, and rotate decreasing the speed by the resistance. As a result, the shock can be absorbed.
