    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance ventilation efficiency, to maintain comfortable air conditioning and to save labor of a facility.SOLUTION: This ventilation system includes: a local ventilating device 2 for supplying conditioned air from an air conditioner 3 via an air supply duct 4 in a predetermined operation mode and discharging indoor air to outside through an air exhaust duct 5; an exhaust device 7; a local ventilation on-off valve 8 provided in the air exhaust duct 5; and a normal air exhaust on-off valve 9 provided in the exhaust device 7. The ventilation system can be optionally switched to a normal operation mode for closing the local ventilation on-off valve 8, opening the normal air exhaust on-off valve 9, blowing out the conditioned air from an air blowout port 22 and discharging indoor air to outside by the exhaust device 7 and a local ventilation mode for opening the local ventilation on-off valve 8, closing the normal air exhaust on-off valve 9 and forming a vortex T toward an air suction port 23 in a lower space of the air suction port 23 by blowing out the conditioned air from the air blowout port 22, at the same time, sucking the indoor air from the air suction port 23 and discharging the indoor air to outside.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent the vibration of the blades of a damper by dividing the blade closing an opening into upper and lower sections, working rotation moment corresponding to a difference between the areas of each blade by indoor static pressure and mounting a flow regulating plate on the indoor side and working dynamic pressure when the damper is opened.
      CONSTITUTION: Blades 6, 7 are installed to the upper and lower sections of a shaft 4 penetrating a casing 1 in the lateral direction. Flow regulating plates 16, 17 cross the inside of the casing in the horizontal direction, and an air current is decided to collide only with the blade 7 when a damper is opened. The weight of a weight 11 is decided so that the product of the difference of areas between the blades 6, 7 and the static pressure of the opening of the damper equalizes with the product of the length of a lever 10 and the weight of the weight 11. Since closing pressure is lower than opening pressure only by some value in the damper, vibration is not generated as seen in known dampers, noises are not also produced, and damage is not generated.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an easy control of opening and closing of a gate plate by a remote operation so that the gate plate has an arbitrary preset opening degree. CONSTITUTION:Under ''100% operation command'' where the gate plate is opened entirely, a first switch 75 closes, a second switch 77 closes, and a third switch 76 opens. Accordingly, a solenoid 11 becomes OFF, causing a following stopper 10 to be released, and an electromagnetic valve 31 becomes ON, causing a pressurized fluid to be supplied into a cylinder 24. As a consequence of this, the gate plate 1 opens entirely. On the other hand, under ''N% operation command'', the first and third switches 75 and 76 are closed, whereas the solenoid 11 and electromagnetic valve 31 are both ON. Accordingly, the solenoid 11 becomes operative, so that the following stopper 10 is not released. On the other hand, the electromagnetic valve 31 turns ON, so that the pressurized fluid is supplied into the cylinder 24. As a result of this, in spite that the cylinder is supplied with the pressurized fluid, an arm 14 engages with the stopper 10 to retain the gate plate 1 at an opening degree of N% as shown in a figure.
