摘要： PURPOSE:To carry out leveling work by automatically setting a leveling plate at a position of proper height in shield construction. CONSTITUTION:A rope 10 wound around a take-up drum 9 of a motor 6 for lifting is fixed on a support member 11 of a leveling plate 5, the vertical downward leveling plate 5 is supported and a position holding means 8 is installed on the support member 11, and the position holding means 8 transmits a height position of the leveling plate 5 to a height control device 7 through a girth 12. The leveling plate 5 goes up and down in accordance with expansion of the rope 10 by actuation of the motor 6 for lifting, the height control device 7 is actuated through the position holding means 8 interlocked with lifting of the leveling plate 5 and the girth 12, and theleveling plate 5 is controlled in height within a set range. Consequently, invert concrete leveling work is mechanized and working performance is improved, and it contributes to shortening of a construction period and improvement of quality.

The machine body frame 2 is made practicable of revolving round the axis in the plumb direction in such a condition as grounding supported with one of the water absorbing plates, and it is made practicable that the other water absorbing plate moves striding the over-part of the grounded plate.

摘要： PURPOSE:To steer a machine body on a soft ground without damaging the ground in the state where the machine body is floated up, by carrying out advance and steering by driving the left and right crawler type traveling devices in pair in the state where the internal pressure in a sealed space of a machine body lifting-up member is increased and the grounded pressure of the whole machine body is reduced. CONSTITUTION:A machine body lifting-up member 23 having a sealed space S is installed over the whole periphery in the circumferential direction or over the nearly whole periphery of the lower part of the machine body, and the machine body is lifted up by the lifting-up member 23 by supplying the pressurized air into the sealed space S by a blower. The driving force in the horizontal direction is applied by the left and right crawler type traveling devices 7a in pair, and traveling is performed with the small grounded pressure of the machine body without liberating the air supplied for floating up the machine body to the ground side at all and without disturbing the peripheral ground by the blown air. Accordingly, it is enough only to apply the driving force in the horizontal direction in the steering of the machine body of the crawler type traveling device, and since traveling is performed by the small driving force, the surface pressure on the traveling ground which receives the weight of the whole machine body can be reduced, and the traveling is carried out without damaging the ground even on a soft ground.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten a term of work by communication-connecting a water suction device to a water absorption member while providing the member in a machine body frame provided with the water suction device which suction- collects water in a part in the vicinity of a surface of concrete. The air jet hole 15 is communication-connected to the blower 3 through an air feed pipe 16, and a machine body floating mechanism is formed by driving the blower 3 to blow out air from the air jet hole 15. In this way, water in concrete can be well suction-collected.
