    • PURPOSE:To provide a crane operation range restriction device which is enforced to secure safety of operations, third men and the like with safety operating ranges discriminated from operation restricting ranges. CONSTITUTION:The device is equipped with a turning angle detection section 1 which is furnished with an earth magnetism sensor 1, decides a reference line O-L for a turning angle 9 by making use of earth magnetism, and detects the turning angle theta of a boom 8, a boom hoist angle detection section 2 detecting the boom hoist angle theta of the boom 8, and with an output display section 4 indicating a crane operating position based on the turning angle thetaand the boom hoist angle phi by means of images 45 or voice 4a, and the tip end position of the boom 8 is thereby operated based on the detected values from the turning angle detecting section 1 and the boom hoist angle detecting section 2. The tip end position of the boom 8 is then compared with an operation restriction range, so that a specified display or a notice is indicated on the output display section 4 or is informed of by a control section 3 provided for the device. By this constitution, the automatic determination of the reference line O-L by means of the earth magnetism sensor 1 permits preparations to be easily made for detecting the turning angle theta in a simple manner.

A revolving bed 4 is installed at the truck 3, an arm 5 for suspending a gondola is protruded from the side part 1a of the structure 1 by a length enough to prevent from being an obstacle on hoisting and installed at height H enough to prevent from being an obstacle on revolving input of the gondola suspended from a top end. A wire rope winding device 6 is installed on the revolving bed 4 and a wire rope 7 unwound from the device is disposed in a vertically down state through a guide sheave 8 at the tip part of an arm 6 for suspending a gondola and a gondola 9 is suspended from the tip part of the rope 7. A drive means 10 for running the truck 3 is provided.

CONSTITUTION:A small diameter guiding wire rope 6 is wound round a winder 2 arranged in a jib 1, and a coupler 8 to connect a staying wire rope 9 is arranged on respective guiding wire ropes 6. A receiving metal fitting 4 to support a slipping-out preventive unit 11 of the staying wire rope 9 is arranged in a part where the guiding wire rope 6 peeps out from the jib 1, and an operation wire rope 7 for release operation is arranged up to a position of the winder 2. The large diameter staying wire rope 9 to be connected to the guiding wire rope 6 is prepared on the ground. A coupler 10 and the slipping-out preventive unit 11 to be connected to the coupler 8 of the guiding wire rope 6 are arranged in a tip part of this staying wire rope 9. The staying wire rope 9 is arranged in a fork shape in a condition where the slipping-out preventive unit 11 is supported with the receiving metal fitting 4 of the jib 1, and respective lower end parts are fixed to the ground surface just below or a structure or the like. Thereby, since the large diameter staying wire rope 9 is suspended by the small diameter guiding wire rope 6 and the jib 1 is fixed by the large diameter wire rope 9, the winder 2 can function sufficiently in a lightweight and small type.

CONSTITUTION:A suspension type conveyor for a slope consists of trucks moved on the track 1 of the slope, the trucks 4 have carrier rails 5 horizontally projected to both outsides longer than track width in the direction rectangular to the track direction on the lower side of the track 1, and carriers 6 are suspended from the carrier rails 5. The carriers 6 can travel by themselves along the carrier rails 5 under the state in which the carriers 6 are suspended from the carrier rails 5, and travelling type carts 12 are loaded. Lifters 14 are installed at the side positions of the track 1 in a good office, and the lifters 14 are provided with the lifting-lowering functions of lifter rails 15 capable of being connected in series with the carrier rails 5 of the trucks. Various goods to be carried can be transported and unloaded automatically, efficiently, safely and economically extending over the whole regions of the huge slope.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate operation, and to bury an indentation of a ceiling, etc., without requiring a scaffolding by a method wherein a discharger is mounted at the end of a rod and a putty storing feeding device on its midway of the rod, a cylinder and a piston lever for the storing feeding device are operated, and the indentation is filled with putty through a discharging opening. CONSTITUTION:An operating valve 14e is closed, a rod 11 is erected, and the surface 13b1 of a discharging plate 13b is placed so that the discharging opening 13b2 of the discharging plate 13b and the indentation 15a of a ceiling 15 coincide. The operating valve 14e is opened, a section between a piston lever 13d and a piston 13f is supplied with compressed air, and the piston lever 13d and the piston 13f are moved to lower sections. The conical surface of a conical-shaped plug section 13c1 is separated from the discharging opening 13b2. A pilot valve 14f is moved simultaneously, a piston 12c and a piston lever 12d are shifted to upper sections, and the inside of a storing space 13m is supplied with putty in a cylinder 12e. Then, the operating valve 14e is closed, valves 14f, 14g are returned to an original state, and the putty P of an opening-closing body 13c is pushed into the indentation 15a. Accordingly, a high section can be buried easily without installing a scaffolding.
