    • PURPOSE: To make it possible to ensure vertically of rotary shafts when they are penetrated by changing their rotational directions every proper penetration depth when the rotary shafts are penetrated into the ground, mounting stirring wings extended in the radial direction to the lower ends of the rotary shafts in a rotatable manner, and making it possible to change an inclination to a specific angle. CONSTITUTION: Two rotary shafts 2 are monolithically suspended to a construction machine main body 1 in a liftable manner, and stirring wings 3 are projected to lower layers of the rotary shafts 2 in the radial direction in a turnable manner. Rotational directions of the rotary shafts 2 and 2 when penetration is made are alternately changed to A direction (forward) - B direction (reverse) every penetration depth. When the rotary shafts 2 and 2 are pulled out, the rotational directions of the rotary shafts 2 and 2 are changed so as to make reverse to when the penetration is made to stir the loose soil uniformly. The base sections of the stirring wings 3 are mounted to the lower ends of the rotary shafts 2 in a rotatable manner, and the inclination in the turning direction can be changed with a turning mechanism. When the rotary shafts 2 are reversedly revolved, the inclination in the turning direction of the stirring wings 3 is made to the same one as that of the penetration, and the lowering of penetration efficiency can be prevented.
