SOLUTION: In a construction control system to be applied when a soil improvement method for removing earth and sand equivalent to a grouting amount of soil improvement material is to be carried out, the detection of the depth, the number of revolutions, a penetration speed, a drawing speed and a grouting amount of soil improvement material of a screw rod is monitored, at the same time, an estimated amount of removing earth by the screw rod is calculated on the basis of the number of revolutions, and the estimated amount of the removing earth is monitored as an item of control. Then, the estimated amount of removing earth is compared with the grouting amount of soil improvement material to decide whether construction is good or not.

In that case, when the screw rod 2 is made to pass through the ground, earth and sand equivalent to the volume of the screw rod 2 are removed, and when the screw rod 2 is pulled out from the ground, surplus earth and sand are removed.

SOLUTION: The amount of supply of cement slurry in a hardening agent supply mechanism 23 is controlled in conformity with a geological condition of a soil G while screw rods 12 are formed to provide a specified amount of earth removal by setting a layout spacing (d) between screw blades 19b provided in a shaft 19 with a screw to a specific value. Then, in the case of a geological condition which demands for a large amount of supply, the layout spacing (d) is minimized, thereby moving a proper amount of excavated earth and sand upward while in the case of a geological condition which calls for a small amount of supply, the layout spacing (d) is maximized, thereby preventing the excavated earth and sand from moving upward. It is possible to optimize the amount of earth by selecting an optimum value for the layout spacing (d) and inhibit a rise and drop in the earth pressure and reduce cost by removing the soil in conformity with the geological condition.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out a removing work for soil corresponding to the geological condition, by providing shaft parts with screws and shaft parts without screws having appropriate lengths respectively in advance in accordance with the geological condition of the improving ground and constituting the screw rod to obtain a specified volume of removing soil. SOLUTION: A screw rod 12 is constituted to make long the shaft 19 part with screws in a geological condition to supply much solidifying agent and to make long the shaft 20 without screws in a geological condition to supply only a little solidifying agent. The screw rod 12 is rotated at a constant speed while supplying a certain quantity of solidifying material corresponding to the geological condition of the improving ground by a solidificer-feeding mechanism 23 and rotating the screw rod at a constant speed. In this way, the supply volume of the solidifying material and the removed volume of excess soil in the ground meet the geological condition. And hence, increase or decrease of earth pressure can be regulated by the removal of soil corresponding to the geological condition and the ground can be improved in low cost.

After that, the bentonite mixture is drawn into the ground and the ground is drilled to a designated depth while solidifying material liquid is supplied into the ground by a supply pipe 16 provided in the cutter post by a drilling and stirring device 10 for circulating an endless chain 12 having a cutting member 11 in the periphery of a cutter post 13, thereby obtaining the condition where the bentonite, excavated earth and solidifying material liquid are stirred and mixed to a designated depth.

SOLUTION: A channel 22 is vertically excavated in ground and filled with an impermeable solidification material 13. A permeable channel 31 is continuously formed in the top of the permeable hole 29 in the both side faces of the precast member 24 and inside the solidification material 23, and the permeable hole 29 and the permeable channel 31 are filled with a permeable material 32 so that collapsing earth is prevented from clogging the permeable hole 29 and the permeable channel 31. The permeable channel 31 provided in a wall member 25 is opened and communicated with the permeable layer 35 in a mud wall side via the solidification material 23 and a notch channel 34 notched in the mud wall.
