摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a faucet on a riser without using a faucet connection box, and conduct installation work of a faucet in a wide space easily in a faucet connection device to be used in newly providing or renewing a unit bath. SOLUTION: A flange 25 is provided in a bent pipe coupling 2 connected to an upper end of a riser 11. An installation plate 4 provided with a recess 41 to be radially detachably engaged with a faucet connection port part 22 is installed on a wall body U1 of a unit bath. The faucet connection port part 22 is inserted into an opening in the wall body U1 of the unit bath carried into an installation place, and the recess 41 in the installation plate 4 is engaged with the faucet connection port part 22. A waterproof ring 6 is threaded to a male screw part of the faucet connection port part 22 from the inside of the unit bath, and a seal member 7 and a ring seat 8 are held under pressure by the waterproof ring 6 and the wall body U1.

The position of the equipment and precision of level thus can be easily ensured.

The vertical pipe 3 for the sprinkler facility is made of a synthetic resin and is passed through the sheath pipe 11, and rock wool 14 is packed between the synthetic-resin vertical pipe 3 and the sheath pipe 11. The sheath pipe 11 is closed at its lower end with fireproof putty 15 and at its upper end with mortar 16.

That is, the pipe is arranged in the ceiling 8 on the areas corresponding to the warning ranges (a), (b) of the sprinkler heads 10a, 10b in the ceiling 8 comprising the semi-noncombustible material 7A prepared by adhering a vinyl cloth 7b on a surface of a gypsum board 7a fixed to a ceiling joint of the noncombustible backing 6A with the screws. Whereby the fear that a piping system to the sprinkler heads 10a, 10b are melted by the heat on fire can be prevented, and the function of the sprinkler equipment can be ensured.
