摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the construction period and economize the construction cost by previously executing the steel frame construction and body construction for a core part to the uppermost floor by using a tower crane and executing the steel frame construction and the body construction for an outer shell structure part by using the tower crane. CONSTITUTION:A tower crane 1 is installed at a core part A, and the steel frame construction and body construction for the core part A are executed to the uppermost floor by using the tower crane 1, and the outer peripheral part steel frame construction and outer peripheral part body construction for an outer shell structure part B are executed by using the tower crane 1. The steel frame pillar 3 of the core part A is erected through the joint with the steel frame of a supporting pile, and the construction of the core part A on the ground, pit excavation, body construction for the underground floor structure part D are executed in parallel. Therefore, the number of used tower cranes 1 can be economized, and the previous utilization of the installation of an elevator, toilet, and staircase, etc., for the main construction in the core A is permitted, and the temporary construction cost can be economized.

Consequently, it is possible to easily form a floor high in connecting strength only by erecting the single floor slabs 5 on the small beams 2 and the large beams 10 after connecting the small beams 2 of the precedently erected small beam composite floor slabs 1 to the large beams 10.

The peripheral continuous wall 10 is integrated with the main bearing wall, sheathing wall, and piles while the wall 11a is integrated with piles, foundation beam, and temporary shore strut, the wall 11b is integrated with foundation beam and shore strut, the wall 11c is integrated with columns, wall, and shore strut, and the walls 11a, 11b and 11c are integrated and serve in combination as self-supporting sheathing and oblique shore strut. The adaptation of nontimbering work can thus be made possible.

摘要： PURPOSE:To raise the bearing force of an underground wall by a method in which partition plates are integrally connected to both ends of a reinforcing bar cage, the lower end of the structural core is connected to the inside of the upper end of the partition plate, and then are set in an excavated trench and concrete is placed. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing bar cage 12 to be set in an excavated trench 11 is integrated with partition plates 13 and structural core columns 14 on the ground. The cage 12 is set in the trench 11 and concrete is placed through a tremie tube into the trench 11 after verifying the dimensional accuracy of the plates 13. Since bad-quality concrete containing mud water goes up without staying on the upper end of the columns 14, a continuous wall unit 16 integrated with the columns 14 can be constructed. The dimensional accuracy of the columns 14 can thus be automatically secured by ensuring the accuracy of the sizes of the columns 14.
