    • PURPOSE:To markedly improve quality, a cost, and a term of works, by a method wherein a water permeable layer is formed on the bottom of a dock, longitudinal holes are provided above the layer to place levelling concrete, and a sheathing board is installed on the bottom of a structure to place concrete. CONSTITUTION:Gravel 2 is laid on a concrete bottom 1 of a dock to form a water permeable layer 3, and longitudinal holes 5 are provided above the surface thereof to fill the holes with the gravel 2. Sand is laid on the water permeable layer 3 to place concrete, and a sheathing board 9 of forms for a concrete box body 8 is placed thereon to place concrete 10. Thereafter, after water is poured, the water flows through gaps between the gravel 2 to a space above the concrete 7, and the concrete box body 8 is caused to float in a condition to have the sheathing board 9 at its lower part as pouring of the water is processed. This enables an increase in a depth of water, permits building of a large structure, prevents the occurrence of a lateral slip, and allows stable retaining of a position.

    • PURPOSE:To improve building efficiency and safety, by a method wherein water permeable concrete is cast in place directly on the concrete bottom of a dock, and a sheathing board is placed for concreting to build an off-shore structure. CONSTITUTION:Water permeable concrete 2 is cast in place directly on a concrete bottom 1 of a dock, and a sheathing board 4 of forms for a concrete box body 3 is placed thereon. Thereafter, concrete 5 is placed to build the concrete box body 3 which forms the lower part of an off-shore structure. When water is poured in the dock, the water is leached all the way through to the surface of the concrete 2 and is spread throughout the whole under surface of the sheathing board 4. The sheathing board is caused to float in an extremely stable state depending upon the depth of the poured water. This, since neither board wood nor a temporary material are used, enables provision of a stable working bed, and permits building of a dock which is excellent in building efficiency and safety.
