An outward process and a returning process are repeatedly performed while the slide 32 moves from a top dead center to a bottom dead center, and shaving is carried out as the punch 34 works on the workpiece 36 on the last spurt in the outward process.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incinerate waste even in the vicinity of a furnace bed perfectly while protecting against damage by providing the furnace bed with a cooling layer and an air ejection nozzle for ventilation thereof. SOLUTION: A plurality of air electron nozzle 12 for ventilating the furnace bed are arranged on the lower surface of the inner wall 2 of furnace body, i.e., the furnace bed 18, and the air being supplied from a furnace bed ventilation fan through a furnace bed air chamber 11 is ejected from the bed 18 into the combustion chamber. A bed cooling layer 7 is provided between the bed 18 and the chamber 11 and supplied with water for cooling the bed 18. The layer 7 is coupled with a furnace body cooling layer 6 and cooling water is fed to both layers 6, 7 through a cooling water supply pipe 17. Since the waste is supplied with combustion air sufficiently from all directions, it is incinerated perfectly in a short time and since the waste is stirred with air ejected from the nozzle 12, combustion is accelerated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for reusing as a water-soluble coolant liquid the used washing water to be generated after washing in a washing apparatus where electrolytic ionized water obtained by electrolyzing water is used as washing water. SOLUTION: The washing water in which the water-soluble coolant liquid sent from a washing tank in the washing apparatus is mixed is supplied to a concentrating tank 1. After a proper quantity of the supplied washing water is detected by a liquid level sensor 8, a water supplying valve 4 is shut to stop the water supply and a heater 3 is started to raise the temperature of the supplied washing water. The temperature to be raised is controlled by a temperature sensor 9. The circulation of the supplied washing water is started by a circulation pump 2 at the same time when the temperature is started being raised so that the circulated washing water is sprayed toward the inside of a spray chamber 6 from a spray nozzle 5 to promote the vaporization of the circulated washing water. The water content of a steam state is emitted to the atmosphere by a ventilation fan 7. The portion reduced in volume by the vaporization is replenished by opening the valve 4. When the concentration of the washing water containing the water-soluble coolant liquid reaches the usable value, the concentrated washing water is recovered by opening a valve 10 and reused as the water-soluble coolant liquid.
