    • PURPOSE: To obtain smooth printed matter not generating thickness irregularity such that the end part of printing paste is thickly printed as compared with other part when the printing paste supplied to a screen printing plate is extruded to a rear side from pattern aperture parts by the movement of a squeegee to be printed on matter to be printed. CONSTITUTION: A gauze material with a line diameter dl of 50μm and a center- to-center distance D of 130μm is stretched on a frame and masked with an emulsion 3 in a 2mm square so as to leave a large number of pattern aperture parts 2 to form a screen printing plate. In this screen printing plate, the gauze material of each pattern aperture part is constituted of a fine line diameter area with a line diameter of 40μm occupying a 1.2mm square area being a central part and a thick line diameter area 11 with a line diameter of 50μm being a peripheral edge part.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the aging deterioration of saturation magnetization caused by oxigen in the air and obtain iron nitride magnetic powder with excellent corrosion resistant properties of the saturation magnetization by a method wherein one of Zn, Ni and A and Co are contained at certain ratios to Fe. CONSTITUTION:Iron nitride magnetic powder contains one of Zn, Ni and A with ratios of 1-10 wt.%, 1-40 wt.% and 1-10 wt.% to Fe respectively and Co with ratio of 1-30 wt.% to Fe. Such magnetic powder can be produced as follows. Pure water is added to 100 g of alpha-FeOOH to make 1l of the solution. Then 17.2 g of Zn(NO3)2.6H2 O is added and stirred to control pH of the solution to be 10. Then 1.8 g of water glass is added to control the pH to be 5. Then 24.7 g of Co(NO3)2.6H2O is added to control the pH to be 10. After the solution is filtered, the remnant is dried and powdered and baked. After 4 g of the powder is kept at 500 deg.C in the N2 gas atmosphere, the N2 gas is substituted by H2 gas and, after the H2 gas is substituted by mixed gas of NH3 and H2 with the ratio NH3/H2=9/1, the mixed gas is substituted by N2 gas again and the powder is cooled to the room temperature and dipped in toluene solution. Then the powder is taken out and the contained toluence is removed by depressurization to the toluene content of 30 wt.% to obtain the iron nitride magnetic powder.
