摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily drillingly penetrate a side wall with a drilling machine in the starting or arrival shaft for a drilling machine by arranging a fiber cage on the side wall part penetrated with the drilling machine, and placing concrete to construct the side wall. SOLUTION: Within four faces of a shaft, the three faces are constructed as ordinary reinforced concrete walls, a fiber cage is arranged on the side wall part where a drilling machine starts or arrives, reinforcement cages are connected to the upper and lower parts of it and buried, and concrete is placed therein to construct a side wall. The fiber cage is constituted of a resin frame fiber cage 3 in which belt-like reinforcing fiber belts 5 are fixedly secured to a bar-like resin frame 31, and a reinforcing fiber tape 6 is wound thereon, or a non-frame fiber cage 4 constituted out of the reinforcing fiber belts 5 and a reinforcing belt 41 without using the resin frame 31, and the reinforcement cage is constituted out of only reinforcement, or reinforcement and a frame made of steelwork. Hereby, the drilling machine easily drillingly penetrates the side wall part constituted of the fiber cage, and it can start from the shaft, or arrive into the shaft.

A reinforced fiber sheet is impregnated with a matrix resin to harden the FRP member 3, and particulates such as quartz sand, hakuryu quarried stone, river sand, sea sand, pit sand, emery and glass beads are adhered to be integrated on at least one face of the hardened sheet-like FRP member. In addition, the reinforcing fiber sheet uses a sheet arranging reinforcing fiber in one direction or the other direction or a cloth weaving the reinforcing fiber or a mat. Thereby shearing adhesion of concrete and the reinforcing member can be sufficiently taken, and in the case where it is used as a shaft wall to which a shield excavator starts and reaches, cutting by the shield excavator can be performed.

SOLUTION: A reinforcing sheet 16 is fixed to the base cover 12 of a prestressed concrete structure 1 and the surface of a lateral girder cover section 14, and the end section of a tension material 7 made of a PC steel product is covered. When the tension material 7 is ruptured, the sheet 16 prevents the tension material 7 from being protruded to the outside and prevents the fragments of the base cover 12, from being scattered. An auxiliary steel sheet is fixed to the prescribed surface as required, and the sheet 116 is fixed on it. Reinforcing fibers are made of glass fibers, carbon fibers, or organic fibers, the tensile strength is set to 100-1000kg/mm , the reinforcing fiber quantity is set to 100-600g/m , the thickness of the auxiliary steel sheet is set to 0.1-10mm for welding and to 1-15mm for fastening by bolts. The rupture of the tension material 7 can be detected from the outside and surely repaired.

Resin is previously impregnated into the reinforced fiber bundle 2 and the outer layer member 4, and is desirably held in a semihard condition or an unhardened condition. Therefore, work such as bending can be easily performed in an optional shape at a building site, and workability can be improved.

If desired, resin is injected preliminarily into the annular coating member 4 to penetrate the reinforced fiber bundle and keep the bundle in the semi-cured state.
