摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the welding of the horizontal joint of excellent quality by supplying the welding voltage and current of the appropriate value established according to the welding position to the welding wire. CONSTITUTION:A cam 4 is rotated by a driving motor 3, and a sector-shaped gear 5 moves the arc through a swaying arm 8. This allows driven gears 7, 7 to be turned alternately in the forward and rearward direction through a main gear 6. The alternate turning in the forward and rearward direction of the volume setting dials IV and IA for the welding voltage V and the welding current A is adjusted based on the turning of these driven gears 7, 7. Thus, the volume setting dials IV, IA for the welding voltage and the welding current are controlled based on the control program, and the welding voltage and the welding current corresponding the welding position of a contact chip are supplied to the welding wire. This constitution can suppress the phenomena which may cause the factors of the defective welding such as sag of the weld bead and the irregular deposition to the joint.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve work efficiency and to suppress the variance of a quality by turning and oscillating upward and downward a welding wire nozzle to a root interval of a vertical butt joint part, and executing padding extending from an axis center to the outer periphery. CONSTITUTION:A welding wire nozzle 3 is set so as to be turnable to a root interval of a vertical butt joint part of upper and lower reinforcing bars A, A' which are arranged. On the position of the rear end part of the wire nozzle 3, a rotary cam 24 is provided, and while the rotary cam 24 is rotating, for instance, by 178 deg., the wire nozzle 3 is held in a downward attitude. While the cam further rotates by 2 deg., the wire nozzle 3 is switched to an upward attitude. Also, while the cam is rotating by 180 deg., the upward attitude is held. Subsequently, the tip part of the welding wire W is brought to arc start from an axis center position of the root interval, the wire nozzle 3 is turned around the axis center, and also, the attitude is switched upward and downward. By this combination, joint welding is executed by bringing a weld bead to padding in a circular shape extending from the axis center to the outer periphery in the root interval.

CONSTITUTION:The contact tip 56a of a torch part in a welding head, is detached from the welding head, and both parts are connected by a conduit cable 61. A changing-over setting mechanism 60 consisting of the welding position of a contact tip 56a to a joint part, and a cam mechanism changing over in multistage and setting the horizontal direction position and the vertical direction position to the joint part, is installed on a turning bench 53. The contact tip detached from the welding head, is assembled in the cam mechanism, and this cam mechanism is operated. Consequently, the mechanism is constituted so that the welding position of the contact tip to the joint part, and the horizontal direction and the vertical direction positions are successively changed over and set according to each build-up process.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the working time of reinforcing bar extension by assembling bevel aligning jigs on the upper end parts of existing rising reinforcing bars and the lower end parts of reinforcing bars to be extended and moving the lower end parts of the reinforcing bars in the horizontal and vertical directions and carrying out alignment. CONSTITUTION:The reinforcing bars 1 to be extended on the plural existing reinforcing bars 101 are assembled previously by using a previously assembling jig 2 and suspended at a job site. The bevel aligning jigs A are assembled on the upper end parts of the existing rising reinforcing bars 101 and on the lower end parts of the extension reinforcing bars 1. In order to assemble the bevel aligning jigs A, upper reinforcing bar holding fittings 15 are inserted into the lower end parts of the extension reinforcing bars 1 and adjusting bolts 15c hold the reinforcing bars 1 and adjust these in the horizontal direction. Lower reinforcing bar holding fittings 16 are inserted into the upper ends of the rising reinforcing bars 101 which are held in the same way. Shafts 12 are rotated to adjust root gaps between the rising reinforcing bars 101 and the extension reinforcing bars 1. The working time of reinforcing bar extension is shortened.

Then, a rotary handle is attached to an attaching part 12c which is provided in the head of a shaft 12, and the shaft 12 is rotated. Through a rotor 12b and an arm 13, the upper reinforcing bar holder 15 is moved vertically. Accordingly, by properly adjusting the rotation of the shaft 12, the root opening between the existing riser reinforcing bar 101 and the reinforcing bar 1 to be joined is adjusted.

U-shaped fittings 1a, 1a for holding a reinforcement 101 are provided on the both end parts of the member 1, and semi-circular cutout parts 1b utilized for positioning the reinforcement are formed between them. Similarly, semi-circular cutout parts 2a, 3a are provided in the longitudinal directions of the members 2, 3, and these members are assembled to form an upper jig A. A bar clamp member 21 and a connecting fitting 22 are assembled to form a lower jig B, with the bar clamping member 21 having clamp fittings 21a disposed at fixed intervals in such a manner as to be capable of freely assembled and disjoined. A plurality of reinforcements to be preassembled are assembled, with the upper jig A and the lower jig B being assembled near the upper and lower end parts thereof to complete preassembly. Hence, the reinforcements can be prevented from getting out of shape during the work.

A sequence control is successively performed to a welding process for each layer by multi-layer welding. A rotary encoder 8 is assembled on the turning drive mechanism of the welding head 2. On the other hand, a positioning unit PC possible to previously set the arc start position and an arc end position of the welding process for each layer, is provided. A positioning sensor 8 is connected to the positioning unit PC. Also, a programmable controller successively controlling a welding process for each layer, is connected.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency and to control quality variance by applying a backing strap to the outside of a root gap in a vertical butt joint part and oscillating a welding wire nozzle at the opposite side thereof and cladding by welding at the side at hand from the back. CONSTITUTION:The backing strap 135 is arranged to the outside of the root gap of the vertical butt joint part of arranged upper and lower reinforcing bars A and A'. At the opposite side thereof, the lower surface of a welding head 119 is supported pivotally and freely tiltably on a fine-adjustable table 121 by a supporting axis 125. A rotary cam 127 is provided to the rear end thereof and a cam receiving roller 127a provided to the lower surface of the welding head 119 is brought into contact with the rotary cam 127 with pressure via a spring 128. The rotary cam 127 is operated to oscillate the welding wire nozzle 118 in the vertical direction. In addition, the rear end of the wire nozzle 118 is supported pivotally on the welding 119 and the wire nozzle 118 is oscillated in the horizontal direction on right and left by operation of a face cam 130. By this combination, a weld bead is cladded by welding from the back to the side at hand in the root gap to perform joint welding.
