    • PURPOSE:To shorten working time and improve working efficiency by connecting outer frame members to bar clamp members in parallel crosses to form an upper jig and a lower jig, and assembling these jigs near the vertical end parts of reinforcements to be preassembled. CONSTITUTION:Outer frame members 1, 2 are arranged in parallel crosses, and a plurality of reinforcement aligning members 3 are laid in the inner part. U-shaped fittings 1a, 1a for holding a reinforcement 101 are provided on the both end parts of the member 1, and semi-circular cutout parts 1b utilized for positioning the reinforcement are formed between them. Similarly, semi-circular cutout parts 2a, 3a are provided in the longitudinal directions of the members 2, 3, and these members are assembled to form an upper jig A. A bar clamp member 21 and a connecting fitting 22 are assembled to form a lower jig B, with the bar clamping member 21 having clamp fittings 21a disposed at fixed intervals in such a manner as to be capable of freely assembled and disjoined. A plurality of reinforcements to be preassembled are assembled, with the upper jig A and the lower jig B being assembled near the upper and lower end parts thereof to complete preassembly. Hence, the reinforcements can be prevented from getting out of shape during the work.

    • PURPOSE:To easily and rapidly cut the tube bundle of a heat exchanger and to execute the cutting of the tube bundle of the heat exchanger in a manner as to improve working environment by cutting the tube bundle of the heat exchanger to a staircase shape symmetrical with a center. CONSTITUTION:Only the spare torches 25 are previously ignited and arms 24 are lowered at a proper speed to put the tube bundle 3 into an easy-to-cut state by predicting the range to be cut. Gas is discharged to cutting torches 26 to cause the self ignition by the flames of the torches 25 upon completion of the descending. The arms 24 are then raised at a proper speed to cut the tube bundle 3 from below to above. A control panel 30 starts a preheating downward cutting action by a sequence circuit contained therein to simultaneously put off the flames of the torches 26 upon completion of the ascending. The torches 25 of the respective arms 24 are respectively matched with the inner position (2) with each other from the position (1) upon completion of the descending and thereafter, the upward cutting action is started by igniting the torches 26. The similar operations are thereafter repeated and the operations are progressed successively to the inner symmetrical positions (2) (3) (4) to complete the cutting operation. The tube bundle is thus cut to the staircase shape shown in figure.
