    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a prospecting range, and to propagate an elastic wave with proper amplitude to prospecting a natural ground. SOLUTION: A seismic center device for geology prospect measures a reflection wave or a refraction wave due to the prospecting ground of an elastic wave which is generated from a seismic center device 4 for prospecting the geology of a natural ground. The device is provided with a metal small-gauge wire 8 that is arranged in an earthquake-generating container and is quickly dissolved and vaporized by electrical energy being supplied within a short time, a transferring substance 9 that is filled into the earthquake-generating vessel for transferring a shock due to the dissolving and vaporizing of the metal small-gauge wire 8, and a supply device 5 for supplying the electrical energy to the metal small-gauge wire 8. When the amplitude of the elastic wave in the prospecting natural ground is set to A, distance from a seismic center position to the prospecting natural ground is set to L, a coefficient regarding the amplitude A of the elastic wave and the distance L is set to α, a coefficient regarding the distance of the elastic wave is set to n, and a coefficient regarding the capacity and amplitude of the explosive substance is set to m, the capacity EA of the explosive substance is represented by EA=[(A×L )/α] . In this case, the coefficient α is set to 30, and an attenuation coefficient n is set such that 1

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of accurately sorting even if mixed particles have small particle diameters. SOLUTION: A mixture of particles, which is supplied to a separation space 9, is electrostatically charged, by impressing a high-voltage to a vibrating electrode plate 3a, made inclined at a predetermined angle, and to a needle-shaped electrode 31b placed over the electrode plate 3a through a separation space 6 to discharge ion, and is attracted to the vibrating electrode plate 3a. Then, particles of a conducting material are neutralized by coming into contact with the electrode plate 3a and then are electrostatically charged in homopolarity with the electrode plate 3a. Accordingly, when the electrode plate 3a is vibrated, the particles of the conducting material repelling the electrode plate 3a are hardly influenced by carrying force of vibration and slip down in the dipping direction by gravitaty. Plastic particles attracted and biased to the electrode plate 3a are carried in the carrying direction by the vibration of the electrode plate 3a. Thereby, the plastic particles and the particles of the electric conductor are carried in the different directions and separated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sort/separate a metallic piece and plastic pieces according to their kinds at one sorting stage. SOLUTION: Respective electric charges are imparted to respective components of a mixture before supply by triboelectrification. The mixture is irradiated with a negative ion from an ion discharging electrode 5 so that the electrified amount of the negatively charged plastic piece is increased and the piece is adsorbed on a rotating drum electrode 4 and the electrified amount of the positively charged plastic piece is decreased to repel the electrode 4. Metallic fine powder is brought into contact with the electrode 4 so that the metallic fine powder is electrified to have positive polarity and repel the electrode 4. In an electrostatic field S for separation, the plastic pieces are separated by their kinds by making the plastic piece having an almost neutral charge amount draw an intermediately falling locus and making the plastic piece having a negative charge draw an internally falling locus while being attracted to the electrode 4 by the electrostatic force. The metallic fine powder is separated by making it draw an externally falling locus while being attracted to an electrostatic electrode 6 side by the electrostatic force.
