    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high destructive force by low voltage in a destructor. SOLUTION: A cartridge 2 for destruction includes an approximately cylindrical destruction container 21, a destruction material 22 filled in the destruction container 21, a pair of conductors 23 housed in the destruction container 21, and a thin metallic wire 24 connected to tips 231 of the pair of the conductors 23. The conductors 23 and the thin metallic wire 24 are located inside the destruction material 22 in the destruction container 21. The destruction material 22 is made of nitromethane, and the thin metallic wire 24 is made of tungsten. In a discharge-impact destructor, the thin metallic wire 24 has a larger resistance to obtain a larger calorific value and has a higher temperature at evaporation than a copper wire, whereby the higher destructive force can be obtained by the low voltage in comparison with a destructor using the copper wire.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical discharge destroying device capable of controlling the direction of transmission of impact force optionally and performing the work for destruction with high precision.
      SOLUTION: This electrical discharge destroying device is provided with an electrical discharge cartridge 1 for supplying predetermined electric energy to metallic fine wires to melt them and gasify quickly and exploding an explosive substance for destruction provided around the metallic fine wires to explode an object to be destroyed and a destruction control vessel 10 fitted externally into the electrical discharge cartridge 1. The destruction control vessel 10 is composed of metallic divided vessels 11 formed by dividing the vessel into two parts along vertical cross section passing through a shaft axis O of the vessel and a plurality of connection devices 12 connecting and fixing these divided vessels 11 mutually to form the destruction control vessel 10. The divided vessels 11 are formed to have thick wall having sufficient impact-resistant strength for preventing their destruction due to explosion of the substance for destruction, and a plurality of connection devices 12 have sufficient impact-resistant strength for breaking and separating the divided vessels 11 from each other due to explosion of the substance for destruction.
