摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten a sliding characteristic by applying electrolytic Sn plating to the surface of an Al-Si eutectic alloy base material with most of eutectic Si grains fallen and with specific maximum surface roughness (Rz). SOLUTION: Electrolytic Sn plating is applied to the surface of Al-Si eutectic alloy base material with fine recessed parts formed by the fall of most of eutectic Si grains and with maximum surface roughness (Rz) of 5.5μm or less. In order to thus adjsut the base surface, concentration of an alkali etching solution of base material is to be high and treatment time is to be rather short, and concentration of an acid solution for smut treatment is to be low and treatment time is to be rather long. To be concrete, desirable treatment conditions are that concentration of Na0H in the former is 100g/L or more and time is about 10 seconds, and concentration of nitric acid in the latter is 600mL/L or less, concentration of hydrofluoric acid is 40mL/L or less and treatment time is about 10-20 seconds. It is also desirable that the temperature of alkali etching is about 45 deg.C and that the temperature of smut treatment is the room temperature.

SOLUTION: A movable delivery valve 54 is arranged in accordance with the delivery hole 53 of a rear side valve plate 15, and is moved between action and inaction positions by the movement of a spool 48. The movement of the spool 48, from the inaction position to the action position, can be made by supplying pressure from a front side compressor chamber 23A to a control chamber 52 via a pressure supply passage. A drawing passage 66 for drawing this supplied pressure is constituted of a clearance K, between the inner peripheral surface 46α and the outer peripheral surface 50α of the spool 48 opposite to the surface 46α, by opening the pressure supply passage at the inner peripheral surface 46α of a spool supporting part 46, in the position halfway of the pressure supply passage.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To damp compression load by a simple structure by communicating the compression chamber of a cylinder bore to which a moving delivery valve does not correspond, with a second control chamber by a pressure feed path provided with a throttle, feeding the pressure of a compressor to a second control chamber when the compressor is started, and letting the pressure of the second control chamber go to the compressor when the compressor is suspended. SOLUTION: The delivery cycle is started at a compressor chamber at the front side by the reciprocal movement of a piston 22, and mean while refrigerant gas sucked in a compressing chamber 24 at the rear side is not compressed but is delivered because a moving delivery valve 53 is disposed in an inoperative position. In this place, refrigerant gas in the compressing chamber 24 is fed to a second control chamber 59 from a first passage acting as a throttle by way of a pressure feed passage 63. After the specified period of time has elapsed, the difference in pressure between the second and a first control chamber 59 and 58 exceeds the energizing force of a spring 57 so as to allow a spool to be moved forward, and the moving delivery valve 53 is moved to an operating position, so that a compressing operation is thereby started. The suspension of the reciprocal movement of the piston 22 allow the pressure of the second control chamber 59 to be relieved to a pressure feed passage 68, and also allow the moving delivery valve 53 to be disposed at an inoperative position.

SOLUTION: The second control chamber 59 is formed on the back face side of a spool 48 and is communicated with a communication passage 44 connected to a front side delivery chamber 32 via a high pressure supply passage 73 provided with a fixed throttle 74. The second control chamber 59 is connected to a rear side intake chamber 30 via a low pressure supply passage 75. A solenoid open/close valve 76 is arranged on the low pressure supply passage 75 so as to close the low pressure supply passage 75 synchronously when a solenoid clutch 63 is engaged and so as to open the low pressure supply passage 75 synchronously when the solenoid clutch 63 is released.
