摘要： PURPOSE:To improve wear-resistance by integrating a shoe with balls. CONSTITUTION:Balls 8 are inserted into a ball receiving recess 96 of a shoe 9 which has a plane 95 which contacts slidingly a swash plate 6 on one surface and has a ball receiving recess 96 formed on the other surface, and proper spots A on the contact points are welded by electron beam welding, and the shoe 9 and balls 8 are integrated. Thus, the abrading between the shoe 9 and balls 8 is eliminated, and the sliding speed between balls 8 and the ball receiving recess on a piston 7 is increased, and at the sliding part, always favourable lubricating oil membrane is formed by wedge effect, and wear-resistance is improved. Moreover, the quantity of fabrication parts is reduced, and the fabrication of compressor is facilitated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the power loss of a swash plate type compressor, by forming a solid lubricant containing lubricating film at least over the surface of the spherical portion of sliding members. CONSTITUTION:Sliding members 10 are made to slide and to turn around themselves while sliding over the concave spherical surfaces 11 formed in a piston 4, in the manner of following up the change of contact angle of the piston 4 to the surface of a swash plate 8. Here, frictional forces are produced between spherical surfaces 10a of the sliding members 10 and mating concave spherical surfaces 11 formed in the piston 4. However, in a compressor employing sliding members 10 formed with a lubricating film over the surface thereof, the sliding members 10 can be slided smoothly, so that the frictional forces and hence power loss of the compressor can be reduced effectively.

摘要： PURPOSE:To aim at reduction in discharge resistance of a refrigerant gas and improvement in separating efficiency of oil, by designing to form a vortex flow of the refrigerant gas discharged from a discharge chamber to a separator along a circle about a drive shaft of a rotor. CONSTITUTION:An oil separator 12 is in the form of short cylinder by a disc portion 18a and an upright peripheral wall portion 18b surrounding a peripheral portion of the disc portion 18a to define a space as a vortex chamber 18. Induction passages 19 are extended arcuately more gentle than the peripheral wall portion 18b in the same circular direction at angles of about 180 deg. from the peripheral wall portion 18b, so as to be communicated with the vortex chamber 18. Each end of the induction passages 19 is communicated with discharge ports 11. With this arrangement, it is possible to form a vortex flow of a refrigerant gas discharged into the separator 12 along a circle about a drive shaft of a rotor in the separator 12, thereby reducing discharge resistance of the refrigerant gas and improving separation effect of oil.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent coming-out and rusting of a rivet or the like due to air entrapped in a bottom hollow space of a rivet hole formed at the top of a piston for fixing an intake valve of an automotive air conditioner, by employing such an arrangement that air is not left in the bottom hollow space of the rivet hole. CONSTITUTION:An intake valve 27 is fixed in place by forcing a rivet 29 into a valve fastening hole 28 formed at the top of a piston 25 to extend axially of the piston 25. Further, the piston 25 is formed with a first communicating port 30 functioning as a relief hole for opening a bottom hollow space 28a of the hole 28 in the outer surface of the piston 25, which extends axially of the piston 25 from the bottom hollow space 28a to a spherical portion 31, and a second communicating port 32 functioning also as a relief hole which extends radially of the piston 25 for communicating the bottom hollow space 28a of the hole 28 with a space near an intake port 26. With such an arrangement, it is enabled to prevent trapping of air in the hollow space 28a and therefore to solve the problems of coming-out and rusting of the rivet 29.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the deformation of a cylinder block and improve the durability by minimizing the compressive load on the cylinder block at the time of the assembly. CONSTITUTION:When assembling the compressor, a housing 12, a valve plate 21 and a cylinder block 1 are preliminarily made integral by the clamping force exerted to a bolt 30 on the front side. On the rear side, a housing 13, the valve plate 21 and a cylinder block 2 are made integral by the clamping force on bolt 30 independently of the front side. After a swash plate 8 and drive shaft 4 are mounted on the cylinder block 1, all the parts are secured to one another by a bolt 35 via a shell 34. At this time, no compressive force is exerted to the cylinder blocks 1 and 2 by the clamping force on the bolt 35 since a gap is provided between the opposing surfaces of the cylinder blocks 1 and 2. Thus, the deformation can be minimized to increase the durability of the compressor.

CONSTITUTION:Although an inclined-plate chamber 10 is filled with blow-by-gas leaking out from a small gap between inner wall surface of a cylinder bore 13 and outer circumferential surface of a piston 17 while a compressor is in operation, as cooling media is positively discharged from the inclined-plate chamber 10 toward a suction chamber 25 by a passage 34 linking the inclined-plate chamber 10 with an auxiliary suction chamber 24, inside of the inclined-plate chamber 10 is prevented from being highly pressured, and a part of the cooling media, which contains high rate of micro-grain oil and oil and enters the inclined-plate chamber 10 by inertia from change in direction of suction passage, becomes able to flow into the inclined-plate chamber smoothly, and therefore, all the sliding sections become able to be effectively lubricated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent compression of wet steam, by switching the capacity of a compressor when the state point determined by the detected discharge pressure and temperature gets out of a tolerable region, and controlling the degree of superheat to a proper value to meet with variation of the atmospheric temperature. CONSTITUTION:Under the state that the temperature in the cabin of a vehicle is high, a compressor is operated at a rate of 100%, and the cooling capacity and the cooling load imposed on the compressor are substantially equal to each other, switching of the compressor capacity is not caused since the actual state point A of operation determined by the discharge pressure and temperature is located within a tolerable region E preset in a memory by a control means to have a certain degree of superheat. Subsequently, when the cooling capacity becomes greater than the actual cooling load with lowering of the temperature in the cabin and resultant drop of the cooling load, the degree of superheat is lowered and the point A gets out of a line H1 of the degree of superheat in the region E, whereupon the capacity of compressor is decreased by a signal given from the control means, so that the point A is brought back to a point within the region E. On the other hand, in case that the point A gets out of a line A2 by reason of the fact that the cooling capacity is lower than the cooling load, the capacity of the compressor is increased.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the above-titled mechanism and to lower vibration and power loss of the same, by forming in a plate member of a movable scroll an annular groove having the center at the same point as a circular path of a crank shaft around which it is turned an rotation preventing projections which are to be fitted in the annular groove. CONSTITUTION:When a crank shaft 9 is turned around an axis O190 degrees in a clockwise direction from the position shown by the solid line in the drawing by a turning shaft 5, the center O4 of an annular groove 11d, located at the same point as the center of a circular path of the crank shaft 9 around which it is turned, is turned 90 degrees in a clockwise direction around the center O5 of balls 13 arranged at fixed positions while drawing a circular path T' having a radius r, whereas a movable scroll member 11 is turned without causing rotation on its own axis. By thus arranging the balls 13 at fixed positions of a fixed ring 12 in animmovable manner and forming an annular groove 11d for bringing the balls 13 into contact with a disk 11a of the movable scroll member 11, it is enabled to simplify the structur of a rotation preventing mechanism for the movable scroll member 11 and to reduce the weight of the same to a great extent. At the same time, vibration and power loss can be reduced considerably.
