摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film excellent in transparency, homogeneity, and durability as well as in fluorescent characteristics by molecularly dispersing an amide-bond- containing polymer and a rare earth complex in an inorganic oxide matrix. SOLUTION: The material for forming the inorganic oxide matrix is desirably a hydrolytically polymerizable organometallic compound. A particularly desirable example is the one in which the metal is Si and which is exemplified by methyltrimethoxysilane or ethyltrimethoxysilane. The amide-bond-containing polymer is desirably a polymer obtained by the ring opening polymerization of an oxazoline. The rare earth metal complex may be a well-known one made from a rare earth ion and organic ligands. The mixing ratio in the film is such that 5-5,000 pts.wt. amine-bond-containing polymer and 1-600 pts.wt. rare earth complex are present per 100 pts.wt. inorganic oxide.
